  1. Past hour
  2. I don’t really care about yards…how about total TDs? Brady leads all time with 677 (649/28) so Josh isn’t even halfway there yet (290)…although Brady did play for 23 years and Josh is only in his 8th season.
  3. Stallsworth was an absolute burner deep threat. I remember having him on my fantasy team year after year. While I would love your comparison to be true, I just don't see it.
  4. Texans defense is no joke, actually grades out higher than OUR offense - hopefully our defense comes to play.
  5. Been watching football since the 70s. Watched Air Coryell go to zero superbowls, watched our Bills and the vaunted K-gun win zero. They D couldnt get off the field against a backup qb and a aging OJ Anderson. Endless 3rd down conversions by the Giants. Sound familiar? Watched the Patriots and Randy Moss lose to the Giants. Watched the Giants with their low octane offense win another one against the Pats. Watched Brady win his first superbowl with the Pats holding the high flying Rams to 17 points. Denver QBs in the superbowl have 4 tds and 15 ints. They have 3 lombardis. Watched Trent Dilfer hoist a Lombardi. Eagles last year shutdown the Chiefs on their first 7 drives last year in the superbowl. And on and on. Until we get this fixed, and get a strong, physical defense, its just going to be more groundhog day. Now back to the endless discussions about WRs. We made Sean Tucker look like a all-pro and it took more than 32 to win, at home.
  6. clean underwear, clean socks, and a buffalo metalcore band bills inspired tshirt....i have quite a few at this point. also i had 10 wings instead of struggling through 20.
  7. As long as Milano stays healthy, he will shake off the rust as he plays. To me Shaq has been a heck of a blessing. Didn't expect to get this from him.
  8. Teams better than us overall (both conferences): 1. Patriots 2. Broncos 3. Colts 4. Eagles 5. Rams Teams on par/could beat pose problems in the playoffs: 1. Steelers (with Rodgers) 2. Chargers 3. Jaguars 4. Ravens Honorable Mention: Chiefs... if they get in. I don't care about record, I'm just going off of what I've seen & how they could play against us in the post-season. With our injuries, our offensive weapons & what we've seen of this defense, it's highly unlikely we make the Super Bowl. We lost to the Falcons & Dolphins, so we're not exactly world beaters. Every other week we have people calling for Brady to be fired, and our offensive weapons outside of Cook aren't great. Just a couple weeks ago I was saying we were a Kincaid injury away from having no passing offense, and while I was wrong, the passing game has been sloppy & the turnovers have been much higher than last year. We'll have to get healthy, buckle down on defense & somehow figure out how to pass the ball without turning it over every game if we want to be real contenders.
  9. No. The winds were quite strong yesterday, so there could have been a nonstandard use of the other runway, but the approach controllers would know about the TFR and not vector anyone through that airspace. I'm guessing it was either above 3000' above the stadium, or an approved thing, but very unusual to ever use a jet to do anything game/film related, as it makes no sense.
  10. I’ve always been high on Bishop. Pro Bowler with maybe an all pro one year thrown in
  11. Agreed. Milano, Tre, Poyer, and Rapp need to not be starters or on the team in anything more than a vet min deal. I like they idea of their presence to helping with new guys, but that's it. All I can think is that McD was worried about a trick play. I even thought that as I found it off the Bucs were conceding defeat.
  12. Who’s saying HOF besides you?
  13. I hope those folks are right.
  14. Been playing well. More instinctive, which I feel is directly related to Rapp being out. Allows him to be free and not worry about the teammate injuring missle. Certainly has the potential to be one of our better safeties that have played for this team. Hopefully he continues to progress this season and is a difference maker in the playoffs.
  15. They still owe us for the Losman trade-up.
  16. It is absolutely 100% on coaching. We've seen this a lot from McD coached teams - they step up when they absolutely have to and have a tendency to lay eggs against bad teams (like Urban Meyer's Jags). I would hope the Miami game has jolted the team sufficiently to avoid doing this, but I really need to see consistency from week-to-week before I buy the argument that the team has turned the corner.
  17. Throw to the backs. Take a deep shot here and there. Blitz a lot. Bills 24 - 13
  18. I will say that Shavers made a tremendous “hands catch” on the Tuddy. That was impressive; I love to see receivers $natch the ball with their hands rather than have it come into their chests. (hehe…I said $natch) I’d hold off on the Stallworth comparisons for now.
  19. The only reason I would still give the Bills a chance, is because the other teams look just as flawed if not more. After losing yesterday, there is suddenly a slim possibility the Chiefs miss the playoffs altogether. I still don't believe in the AFC South teams, so I could see the Colts losing to them next week and then the Jags falling apart down the stretch. But there is a chance. The Ravens don't look right, even with Lamar Jackson back. My guess is they still win the division (especially with Aaron Rodgers hurt for Pittsburgh). But we might have finally hit the wall with Derrick Henry, and they are not historically strong in the playoffs anyway. Denver's defense is great, but I'm not completely sold on Bo Nix yet. The Colts have a great O-Line and run game, but I'm still skeptical about Daniel Jones falling back to Earth. The Patriots are hard to trust without playing the top teams. The Chargers are always inconsistent. Even in the NFC, the Eagles look like the best team. Their pass rush can be fearsome, but the offense is stuck in the mud. The Lions aren't quite as explosive this year either.
  20. also this year WITH Coleman… 41, 30, 31, 31, 40, 30
  21. I have to think that some Bills players are not playing up to the performance we are used to watching and that perhaps like Taylor Rapp they are somewhat injured and want to be out there despite the injury. In some cases perhaps they are slowing down from what they used to be like #21 Jordan Poyer. I'm just glad they are out there doing their best like Poyer, 15 tackles!
  22. I think his ceiling is a Pro Bowler and a good starter. Considering how bad our safety play has been since Poyer/Hyde part I, that would be a huge improvement to the defense.
  23. I heard McD and Beane were close to actually cutting Bishop, after a really harsh post here on TBD. Good thing they held the course.
  24. That's his floor, actually.
  25. He has the potential to be the greatest of all time. We will build a statue for him.
