To put it another way on how desperate we are: The bar is definitely reaching close to closing time. And that 4 foot tall brunette that goes about 350...well she's not that bad. Her mustache matches her beard really well. And she has a great personality....

Bring in Shaq and use more Epenesa in the meantime, sign/promote someone on the Practice Squad, hell, I don’t know, but it would be hard to do LESS than Bosa is doing right now, and that’s why I am proposing this. Bosa is an elite pass rusher when healthy. If we don’t have that, this team is 100% going nowhere in the playoffs (if we make it). I would rather not make the playoffs at all than get the 6th or 7th wild card seed and watch Bosa continue to rush with 1 hand. Perhaps the only silver lining in the latter is yet another year of playoffs without a pass rush might be the final straw for McBeane, and that is a good thing, even though it’ll be sad to see them go.

If Stafford decides to play another 2 seasons or so after this one as he hinted this past offseason, that's also another option for them. I've said that if the Bills are stuck in no man's land for a few years between legit SB contender and mediocre, is Josh Allen content to be on a team that he knows is never going to be good enough to win a championship? I don't know if this FO would ever trade him or if Josh would ever decide he wants to be traded, but at some point Josh is going to have to make that decision.

Bills miss playoffs this year and next year (with cap issues). This is the team we are stuck with and 2027 will be the big bounce-back year. I am thinking a Rams type of rebound. Next year MIGHT be saved since it won't be a 1st place schedule. I REALLY hope a good Offensive coordinator becomes available next year because Joe Brady is a freaking disaster. -
Yeah at this point he looks like a big time problem child... Then again, we are desperate... lol...
-
We have a winning record because the GM lucked out on picking the right QB
-
They are the hands on favorite to win the superbowl this year?
-
If we make that would be great.
-
You're putting the Bills with 7 wins and the Raiders with 2 wins in the same boat? The Bills literally have a winning record, so I think the owner clearly does care about winning.

I can picture House saying this to Cuddy or Wilson. Love the show. Huge fan. Knew it was unlike any other medical show I've seen. There's actually no point in tanking in the NFL. Zero. No ONE singular player changes the franchise odds unless this is the NBA. It's really about culture. That starts with GM and Coach. -
Yup and its likely to be a top 10 pick The rich get richer

His lack of adjustments and questionable game plans and play calls have me wondering about him.

Honestly (unfortunately) NE are in a great position, a 9 game win streak, 10-2, got the Giants at home for MNF in week 13. Followed by a Bye then another home game against Buffalo. So they are going to be 11-2 going into the Bye unless Jameis throws for a 455 yard miracle game, he got 350+ againt Detroit and lost. Then there will be some talk of "adversity" and I am sure Vrabel will get some extra motivation from somewhere. Our DL outside of Walker is just playing at a mediocre level at present, the NE OL will probably sleepwalk through the week 15 game.

Why? The league benefits by bad teams getting better. Fans get more invested that way and have more hope for their teams. The players get paid handsomely to go play football for the team that drafts them. It's up to them to make the most of it. -
Agreed, but probably a lot of 'our guy done good' pride within the gesture. It's their jersey, so I guess they get the call. Has Allen done any great deeds for Wyoming since hitting it big? That could certainly influence how a jersey retirement is determined. Ironic that someone said "what are we doing here?!" Similar to sentiments Allen expressed Thursday night in Texas.

Yeah, great OL depth isn't something a lot of teams think about first, but having at least a couple guys that can immediately step in and keep the offense rolling at close to normal is huge. If Spencer Brown is going to IR, that's a big loss for the Bills OL, but Ryan Van Demark, while obviously not the same, can hold his own.

I'm sorry to hear this. I have her ashes coming back Friday. You are absolutely correct. I had this happen with my cat. I know at some point she is gonna let me know she is okay and watching from the other side. Waiting for me, so we can play when I get there The last two days have been really hard. Looking for her, grabbing some food and not seeing her wait patiently for hers, coming home and her not there to say hello, not coming up for cuddles and pets. It's just quiet. I miss her very much I'm going to go to the humane society on Friday after I get her and sign up to volunteer. She would appreciate that and for me, giving some less fortunate pups some attention and time I hope will help me with the pain and emptiness I feel.

Yet, you will whine over other people whining? People are allowed to have different opinions. If you want to believe this is still the year and have hope...by all means do it. If people have a differing opinion it's their right to do that just as it's your right to hold your outlook. There's an old saying that I've always liked. "Never judge others for sinning differently than you" -
Sure, but if the Bills brought back a 71 year old coach who was coming off a 4 win season, how would you feel about the next season? Seattle moved on and they look like a SB contender 2 years later
-
Lowe last year was probably the worst LT in the NFL, and we have an UDFA from last year starting at LG.. Pats are paper thin at talent, hard rebuild an entire roster in 1 year but they are definitely improved just the depth isn’t like it would be for a team well run for years like the Bills. lol Their O didn’t scare me, their D has now out 2 good games in a row.. mind you Pats matched up and down the field just stunk in the red zone all day.
-
I think it's cute how the Pats play Cincy without Burrow and we get to play him after he warms up for a week or two. Count your blessings PatsFan!!

They go hand in hand. Our OL appears to have regressed because our WR room has regressed. Our receivers weren't great last year by any stretch of the imagination, but they were head and shoulders better than this season. At least in the scramble drill, Josh was able to find open guys and there was an actual effort to get open. Combine that with predicable play calling, and it's a recipe for disaster.
