  1. Past hour
  2. I was a big Bernard fan last year, and agreed with the extension. That being said, I don't think the Sahq vs. Bernard thing is even debatable. I understand the injury argument, but that's part of the issue with him. He's undersized, and is constantly banged up. We also can not make the dline excuse for him, because Shaq has performed well behind that same dline. The MLB is the QB of the defense, and right now Shaq is the superior athlete/QB.
  3. oh sure! tell us more old lonely one.
  4. Oof. If Cincy is winning out in this scenario, it means they beat the Bills and then us going to Cincinnati for the wild card round is Doomsday. The Bills with Sean McDermott have never beaten the Bengals with Joe Burrow at QB. This would be rough.
  5. I am not the one making you look like a hypocritical Karen. Sorry if it seems that way. All my best.
  6. Bringing back up this 3 year old topic. Got a question for you smart people on here. I have this same question out to my Mortgage person but want to see what you guys think. I currently own two homes and I want to buy a 3rd. One property I own is a condo in a very popular area of North Atlanta. I owe $154,000 on it and my interest rate is 2.7%. I charge $1,700 a months rent. With HOA and mortgage, it totals about $1,500 that I'm paying out. Owned this for 5 years. The other property I own is a house on one acre and the one I live in and I owe $355,000 on it and have a total HELOC of $48,000. Interest rate I believe is 3.7%. HELOC is at 8%. My HELOC payback is currently around $375 a month for the next 10 years. I want to keep both of these properties while buying a 3rd. I am wanting to pull $50,000 HELOC from the condo. This is currently a rental property. I would use that $50,000 towards a down payment on a new house. I would have another renter to come in and move into the house I currently live in. Ideally I would like to refinance the house I live in which would put me on a new 40 year loan. It would decrease my mortgage about $800 a month but would make up for it with the new renter. I'm okay with putting me on a longer loan because I plan renting this house out for a very long time. So my mortgage would lower $800, giving me more cash/net at the end of each month from the renter. The rental market where I'm at will be strong and I will be able to increase rent pretty much each year. Is my scenario possible? I would basically have one equity loan and one refinanced house. Or if you know of a different way in which I can keep both of these properties while getting cash for a $50,000 down payment.
  7. Playing at Cinci would be great? We have yet to beat that team in the playoffs or even in the regular season since they had Andy Dalton at QB..
  8. i think there's some on here that have a very difficult time determining what is an opinion piece vs what is real news.
  9. This would be great. I hope you are right.
  10. I feel like the D gets tougher and meaner with Shaq in the lineup. It also seems to enable more aggressive play from Dorian and Milano. This 3 LB lineup is particularly good against run teams. Perhaps Bernard comes back in against the Chiefs or other stronger passing team, but Shaq definitely improves our run D. I also feel like some of our other (supposed) playmakers like Benford and Milano are stepping up with Bernard out. Bernard's lack of size and style of play leads to constant injuries, but he's is pretty good when he's fully healthy.
  11. It's typical of this poster. A pure copy/paste Bot of a Bonnie.
  12. You can blame McKelvin all you want but please put sufficient blame on Jauron as well. The NE drive before the fumble - BUFF up 11 with less than 5 minutes to play. Bleed the clock. It was the one time to actually play prevent defense. Rush three, drop eight into coverage. Nope. Rush four, no one sniffs Brady and they march quickly down the field. OK. At least keep them out of the end zone before the two minute warning so one first down ends the game. Nope. TD right before two minute warning. Just all around horrible coaching.
  13. This is where Allen has really grown under Brady and it's not talked about enough. Calling protections and making adjustments in the running game was a major area needing improvement in Allen's game and something that IMO he didn't develop enough under Daboll and Dorsey. There is so much that happens pre-snap.
  14. Probably deserves it's own thread: Tre White hasn't allowed more than 2 catches or a completion percentage of more than 50% since October 5th. Give that man his flowers.
  15. He is a great tackler who can really wrap up well. Unlike Keon, he will be present at meetings.
  16. It’s not costing much to add a vet CB who will be # 3 or # 4 on the depth chart. Yes we need other things more but Cooks and Thielen got released and we got Cooks those were the best options at WR available. If there was a DE worth their salt I’m sure the Bills would explore it as well. Sucks for Ingram but he’ll get picked up. He has Special teams capabilities and has shown enough on tape at DB for someone to give him a spot
  17. We owe watson. I hope he starts and we wreck him
  18. Shouldn't be an automatic win, period. Their defense is legit good and Judkins is a superstar in the making at RB. If the Browns come in and play sound defense and pound the rock, they very well could win that game. Definitely a team we need to score early on and force Sanders or whoever is taking snaps that day have to throw to come back.
  19. Yeah, it was absurd then and is absurd to bring up now
  20. Right. When the schedule first came out last spring I was worried about the games at Pittsburgh & Cleveland. They survived one, can they get two? On paper, yes. The Browns offense is among the worst on earth, but the Bills are hot & cold.
  21. That would be ideal to me. I don't want a Super Bowl victory tainted by "It's only because they didn't face KC." Time to exorcise those demons by finally smacking down KC at home in the AFCG. The perfect farewell to the stadium, too.
  22. A man. Not a woman. Not the person slandered here and by Glenn Beck. Must be one of the 3-5% of men who share her ultra-distinctive gait.
