NFL mandates new playing surfaces for all stadiums by 2028
QLBillsFan replied to Just Jack's topic in The Stadium Wall
Sure hope so!! But unlikely as it’s a $$$ grab.. you mean like when the Bills had to play on the concrete in London? Because the soccer team wouldn’t let them play on the grass?? Unreal that the NFL and Pegs allowed it. But yeah $$$$ grab. -
NFL mandates new playing surfaces for all stadiums by 2028

When they can “convince” the host city/country to pay or no game, why would the NFL consider any other alternative? -
Game week thread - Bengals at Bills (flexed to 1pm ET)
Brianmoorman4jesus replied to BillsFan619's topic in The Stadium Wall
This defense has played excellent for the last 6 quarters. The year we finally do this, is the year our defense takes the big step. This team has made us look very bad in the past. If we can stop Cincinnati, I think the sky is the limit. Im very excited to see how our defense holds up this week. -

CHANGE YOU CAN BELIEVE IN: Work Permits Cut From 5 Years to 18 Months. Catherine Salgado The Trump administration is drastically reducing the length of time for foreigners’ work permits within the USA. Now it’s time to end the H-1B visa program. U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) posted a Wall Street Journal article on Friday, announcing the change to work permit duration. This is the latest in a string of immigration reforms enacted by the Trump administration following the shooting of two National Guardsmen in D.C. just before Thanksgiving by an Afghan illegal. USCIS Director Joe Edlow said that the purpose of the reduction is to ensure the federal government can re-vet and reassess foreign workers more often. He also confirmed that the move was in response to the D.C. shooting. “It’s clear that USCIS must enforce more frequent vetting of aliens,” Edlow told WSJ. “All aliens must remember that working in the United States is a privilege, not a right.” The Trump administration is trying to trigger reverse migration out of America, encouraging foreigners who are taking American jobs or presenting a threat to American communities to leave the country. https://pjmedia.com/catherinesalgado/2025/12/05/work-permits-cut-from-5-years-to-18-months-n4946733 /

Your 2025 Democrat Party - the New Red Guard
B-Man replied to Big Blitz's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
The incestuous party AG Garland personally approved the Mar-a-Lago Raid on President's home. Garland's advisor for National Security matters, who prepared the legal case for the Raid was Maggie Goodlander. Goodlander is the ring leader of the Seditious Six. Goodlander is the wife of Hillary crony and Biden's National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan. -

Ja'Marcus Ingram claimed by Houston

That's an assumption... speculation. Besides special teams, Ingram never earned the opportunity to play so it's questionable how well he understood the system. I'm pretty sure there are plenty of guys who can function as the team's 4th or 5th cornerback. -
Since Buffalo put Slay on the "reserved did not report" list, I wonder if they will release him after Buffalo plays Philadelphia. There is no reason for Buffalo to keep him there indefinitely besides spite. At the same time, I don't especially want to help a future opponent.
-
I think he would need a fair amount of time to contribute meaningfully as a safety in the Bills' system. The Bills signed him to the 53 man roster, so they are planning on a near term contribution. There are two possibilities for contributing near term. One is the obvious special teams contribution. He obviously has plenty of speed and athleticism. His college profile says he's good in coverage. Buffalo's immediate need is for depth at cornerback. Could he play some cornerback in a pinch?

*white person pepper sprays non-white person* ”NAZI!!!” *violent non-white criminal gets a free pass cause the white person they tried to kill said the no-no word* ”Errrmm it’s called being pro human😏” Thanks for proving my point.

My understanding is that the Bills will retain his rights indefinitely. He either plays for the Bills, or he just sits, unless the Bills release him which they have no incentive to do, or trade him (but we're way past the trade deadline for this season). I'm convinced his retirement is due to his wife being unhappy with not moving back to Philly, where she was happy. Asking her to move to a new city she doesn't know, at the start of another typical Buffalo winter, probably didn't sit well with her.

He’s an incredibly talented player but he has always been like this even as a rookie. We played him I think in Picketts first start and I’ve never seen such a lazy WR when the ball wasn’t coming his way. He now has his whole demeanor as a Steeler being bad, this coming out about him now, and he was benched when they were in Vegas for missing curfew. Someone is going to pay him a ton of money but it won’t be the Bills

First they said the reporters were liars and an Enemy of the People. Next Hegseth admits they violated military protocol and either committed war crimes or murder. Show us the video. What a mess. -
Ja'Marcus Ingram claimed by Houston
DapperCam replied to transplantbillsfan's topic in The Stadium Wall
This is a bummer, because even if he’s a JAG, he still had several years in the system and understood the defense. Anybody else we pick up will also be a JAG, but they won’t know the defense. -

"On Thursday night, something seemed off. Targeted nine times, Pickens had five catches for only 37 yards. It was his lowest yardage output since Week 1, when he caught three passes for 30 yards against the Eagles. The other issue was his demeanor. He seemed to be, at times, a little disinterested. He seemed to be, at times, a little disengaged. On one play, when the pass was thrown his way, he seemed to run his route half-heartedly. And it appeared that quarterback Dak Prescott had something to say to him about it." https://www.nbcsports.com/nfl/profootballtalk/rumor-mill/news/george-pickens-bristles-at-criticism-from-richard-sherman
