I would love for Moore to come out and tell us how bad the **** show really is with Brady.
-
Moore is good enough to be a serious intermediate threat for this team and they refused to use him except in spot duty.
-
Yeah he sure making James Cook look like a horrible player.
-
could absolutely see it
-
Haven’t we given this regime enough time to figure all this out?
-
I bet he signs with NE and doubles his production in his first two games there. Not because Moore is that good but because NE has a real OC and knows how to use his guys properly.
-
We are talking about a man who took a WR in Diggs that was tearing up the NFL in the 11 weeks prior to him taking over and made him a complete non-factor the rest of the season. He has ZERO idea how to utilize WR's effectively other than for blocking in the run game.
-
I guess the phrase “If you can make it in Cleveland, you can make it anywhere” is just another falsehood.
-
right before thanksgiving. savages.
-
Thoughts? The FO office needs to hire new scouts that know what to look for in WRs. Brady needs to watch film of other NFL teams' offenses to figure out how to design routes for them. Does Samuels use all his down time buddying up to McD and Beane, because I can't figure out why he's still on the team.
-
He was paid $2.5 M to catch 9 balls in 9 games!👎🏻 It’s simply astonishing how bad Beanbrain’s choices are as GM.
-
Exactly. Because it's kind of weird that Diggs bounced back to being a good WR again in his short time with the Texans and has been back to his normal self, even at his age and coming off the big injury, in New England.
-
Can't wait for Cooks to put up the exact same production as Moore, Samuel and Palmer in this offense under Brady.
-
Shavers is just a guy. He’s fine. But the only good game he’s had was because of a TD off a scramble drill. When he had to win a route in the red zone a few weeks back, he got owned at the line, which delayed his route and screwed up the play. Our best bet is if Cooks has anything left in the tank and we roll with Cooks, Palmer, Davis and Shakir then hope Kincaid can stay healthy. Cooks and Palmer, theoretically, can separate on routes, Davis is a big body and has chemistry on scramble drills and they use Shakir & Kincaid out of the slot.
-
I think our WR room is suffering from bulimia. they need to bring back Kelvin Benjamin
-
Agree. After the 2nd round of the draft he is who I called for the Bills to bring in. I figured he could get a nice "Josh Allen Bump" and be productive. I didn't take into account the "Joe Brady drop" that would come from his usage in this offense.
-
Sadly he's our 4th highest graded receiver after Shakir, Coleman [who's in the doghouse], and Palmer. Yikes
-
So apparently Diggs started sucking precisely when Brady took over even tho he tore up the NFL the 11 weeks prior? The preponderance of the evidence has shown Brady has ZERO idea how to properly utilize WR's effectively.
-
Bills release Elijah Moore
HereComesTheReignAgain replied to Kirby Jackson's topic in The Stadium Wall
If Brady is still with the Bills, why would any top tier WR want to sign with Buffalo? -
They barely gave him a chance to do anything, unless I'm missing something just watching TV, I don't study film.
-
if he was still a good WR he would have found the ball more... just my opinion
-
The problem I have is that Moore has been decent pretty much on 2 of the worst teams in the NFL over a long time in the Jets and Browns, playing with revolving trash cans at QB, and you can't figure out how to make him look half as good as he did there with Allen playing QB and a solid team around him? Gross incompetence on the part of Brady. Buffalo under Brady...where WR's come to die.
-
What is there to know? He was the 34th pick in the draft and cut by his original team after two seasons. The Browns have a bad WR group and they also let him go after two seasons. His career is just about done at this point. He'll bounce around training camps and maybe practice squads for another couple of seasons and then the calls will stop coming. He's a small WR with a low catch radius and never developed the nuance necessary for a physically limited player to be successful.
-
and getting a Neiman Marcus WR could mean you couldn't add a guy like Bosa, so tell me would this team look better to you if let Shakir walk in UFA replace him with DK Metcalf and never signed Bosa? I will stand on a platform and say no.
-
The guy had his worst statistical year here. Fine with releasing as he still isn't good but he wasn't the problem.
