He got his stadium with PSL’s effectively selling out the stadium for years to come. No reason now to put a product in the field that is any good.

However, as badly as we were getting manhandled , we still could have won the game if McD didn't make the mistake of going for it on 4th down from their 30-something line. That would have let us kick the winning fg as time expired. That is what @thronethinkeris referring to. In game, I was wishing we kicked the FG. McD needed to be more game aware. This was a bigger failure than the entire mess that was our offense

The result of building your team to beat one team by handing out A contracts to B players and B contracts to C players, while also whiffing on top draft picks. I wonder if it was an afterthought on the front office that there are 14 other teams in the conference that are building their teams? Or did they think Josh Allen could elevate an offense full of B and C players?

I don't want to miss the playoffs to force regime change, no. But I am increasingly of the view Beane has to go. I know we have some injuries but this roster beyond 4 or 5 guys sucks. It really does. And by extension that means McDermott has to go, because to me they are a package deal, I want my GM and coach being a package deal and replacing one then forcing a new person on the other almost never works.

That is because we can only make adjustments at halftime and not in game. The best thing that happened to this D in the second half was when Benard got hurt (sorry to say and hope he gets better) but Thompson was way better and the Texans run game really wasn't a factor once that happened. McDermott and Beane walk around and act like they have won something...in my eyes they haven't won didley until they win a Superbowl. Fire them all and start over. There is a reason why we bring back a lot of older players because they aren't good enough to sign anywhere else.

I find myself asking the question: if this year's Bills team is not good enough to win the Super Bowl, and that certainly seems to be the case based on the 11-game sample size, is there any actual benefit to making the playoffs? I can't imagine the players on this team are getting any kind of psychological boost or confidence for the future with every subsequent playoff exit.

Just wondering this AM…what was the actual difference in defense from the first half to the second half? Did McD take over play calling duties in the 2nd half? Was it simply player execution? He did seem much more animated after the defense started really locking things down.

We unfortunately need an HUGE salary purge and a rebuild. We have no/low talent and somehow no cap space. However I ask - what will change if we keep McD and draft small, slow, unexplosive players whom McD doesn’t trust to start?? palmer should be on the cut list- he makes nearly 12 million and has what 12 catches!? Oliver has a huge cap number, he makes more than former all pro Q Williams and would free up 12 million. He is hurt half the time and only makes an impact the half he does play. He also has trade value. I’d move him for a mid round pick I love Spencer brown but we’d also save 15 million moving on from him. He should also bring a nice draft pick in return. And if we draft well we should be able to replace him with a 2nd round rookie
