Oh don't get me wrong...I would LOVVVVVE Bowers, I loved him coming out. I just meant, our offense under Brady isn't focused on featuring players in the same way and I think that would be the same even if Bowers was here. He would definitely get more targets and do better than Kincaid would, he is the better player. Just meant I don't think he gets as many targets though as he got in Vegas as "the guy" there.

Beane elaborates on the process of picking Josh Allen
bigK14094 replied to DJB's topic in The Stadium Wall
Josh was a raw talent. The team ownership and management scouted Josh personally, including a flight to a meeting in Wyoming to interview him. They bought the character of the man, not his state of polish for the pro game. They judged he was going to make it big because of his character. So, give not only Bean and McD credit for the selection, the Pegs were also involved and shared the judgement. Best decision Bean has made by far, and perhaps the best he will ever make. -
I'm from Buffalo. Can't dream that big anymore. It hurts too much. Will be involved as always but I keep my hopes in check.

“They Sure Were Exciting” the story of the 1975 Buffalo Bills
T master replied to Chandler#81's topic in The Stadium Wall
I hate it when the NFL blocks those old video's WTH ... -
??? I was just responding to what you had actually said, which was "They have never played good playoff defense." You have now moved the goal posts in a dramatic manner in the new post above, so changed your point in a fundamental manner. I cannot read your mind, so just responded to what you actually said, believing that "They have never played good playoff defense" is what you actually meant. Even in real life, on more important issues, when the other side just moves, even changes the goal posts, it is not a good sign for their argument.

I remember after 1 pre season game how Jeff Tuel was gonna be our new savior.... so dark... soooo dark... back then...

I typically hate 3rd uniforms, especially in the nfl. I commend them for keeping that at bay all these years for the classic looks. However, I would really get excited for that nickel city look. That would be pretty awesome

Sorry, my bad, I had a elderly minute ...

I think the Steelers are in a quandry, they need to get a franchise guy but Rodgers, Winston and even Cousins are not gonna be that... but they win too many games to really be in contention for a top pick... So, I feel like they go with whom they have (unless a Rodgers comes in) accumulate draft capital (Pickens trade etc..) and try to move up from middle of the pack to top 5-10 and get one.... in the mean time at least try to field a competitive team... but not be devastated if they go 6-11... I just dont think they are looking to trade draft capital for a moderate upgrade that isnt gonna get them to the SB any sooner... bottom line very confusing situation over there... and I felt like the Justin Fields combo with Wilson last year was to at least take thier shot at a potential top end qb... but now Fields is gone... maybe they were like, yeah.. but no... not our guy... Lastly, is Tomlin... I feel like he is being set up to fail a bit here... 1 more year and if there is no progress he is gone and the new coach picks the new QB... But in the end who knows what is going on over there...

Rather black helmet over blue helmet. Maybe the Sabers bull like design and color scheme. Reality is the majority of fans would want a red helmet if Buffalo used another helmet scheme. I think it makes too much sense not to.
-
I’ll go on record right now as being totally down with those helmets if that is the look they go with…

C’mon, Virgil, you know the answer. Dallas is always a story and in the forefront of the media because of Jerry Jones. This year they have a new coach, and they just made a high profile trade. It doesn’t matter that they haven’t done jack-shite in the playoffs because to many NFL fans they are still a premiere franchise. Players still grow up wanting to play for the Cowboys. They’ll have at least four prime time games, and Eagles/Cowboys is a very legitimate and big NFL rivalry. This is not really a surprise at all.

First game of the season since the Super Bowl was played in Feb. The Eagles could play Orchard Park HS on this night, and it would draw huge ratings.

Biden's Post "Presidency" -- What Will He Do?
leh-nerd skin-erd replied to BillsFanNC's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
That's pure foolishness--he's the last great voice of your party, and how/what he does sets the stage for the midterms and beyond. The Rs would love to see him be a disruptor as he was during the run up to the last election, would love to see infighting, chaos and drama. Likewise, the Dems likely want him to stay quiet and out of the spotlight as he has a tendency to say really stupid things and confuse Alaska with a potato. You should this one out. -
Cincy's payroll is 70% offense, 30% defense. They'll play a lot of stupid shootout games.

Division Rival and Dallas= "America's Team" 🤮 I mean I agree with you..but I get it
-
Agreed. I'm also not gonna sit down and watch a 3 hour reveal of a calendar. LoL I will F5 all night though.

Charles Romes started following 2025-2026 Schedule Leaks/Rumors
-
Looks like they are putting a lid on a leaks to see if they can boost the reveal show ratings.
-
I'm surprised at the lack of leaks this year compared to others. Also a 3 hour schedule reveal is bonkers. Almost (but quite) as bad as the "The Decision".
