I really hope our coaching staff can come up with a gameplan to disrupt Burrow and their offense. He has had 3 games against us and burned us completely in 2 of them and looked to be on the way to doing that in the Hamlin game before it was stopped.

The Jets have won three out of their last five. Granted they are going nowhere this year, but they are playing hard for Glenn. The players seem to have bought in to what the CS wants to do as far as changing the culture. I would be surprised if Glenn gets fired after one year. McDaniel with the Dolphins is another story.

Game week thread - Bengals at Bills (flexed to 1pm ET)
MikePJ76 replied to BillsFan619's topic in The Stadium Wall
Those numbers literally mean nothing now that there offense is whole. I know that the response to that is those guys don't play defense well there offense can be the best defense. If they get the ball first and score then get one stop and score again. The Bills will be chasing the game all day and the bengals will have a huge advantage. They looked good versus baltimore and probably would have beat new england if chase or burrow played. Simply put the bills can not rush the passer with any consistency and nobody can cover the group of pass catchers they have. This will be the week where the bills want the ball first to go down and score and hope they can set the pace of the game and not end up chasing it. -
With so many teams playing each other it's very hard to be sure. Being the game is Sunday night; the earlier games could give a little more insight. I'm curious to hear news about Herbert and his broken hand and if surgery is required. Bills taking care of business like you said is paramount to all of this.

I said after the Texans game 5-1 now 4-1

3 thoughts: Wow, and I was a LAMP posting, anti McBeane crusader😂😂😂( Zero shots at the OP, I agree with the sentiment) As a non apologist, how do I see the results without voting? If EVER there was a year, this is it and after the “ Non rebuild rebuild” this is the worst team they have trotted out and anything can still happen which is kind of insane. Take any of the last four years teams, and we are probably 1 or 2 in odds to win it all at this point.

Figured we were talking 2026

Very fair take. One thing I will say is that Brady finally seemed to be using Keon (at least on the 3 targets) in the manner that many of us have been begging for in the quick/slant game rather than as a deep threat. Say what you will, but at least Keon made more of an impact than Shakir, who dropped two catchable balls and has really regressed -- but that is a topic for another discussion.

Any MD's on this part of the board?
BillsFanNC replied to BringMetheHeadofLeonLett's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
I'm here for serious debate and always choose my words judiciously and with great care so that I can't be accused of acting in bad faith. - Quack,MD By all accounts Joe Biden communicates better today than he did decades ago. - Also Quack, MD (circa 2022) Joe Biden's mental decline was never disclosed. - Also Quack, MD (today) Trump called neo-nazis and white nationalists very fine people. - Also Quack, MD (regularly) Trump told people to ingest beach. Also Quack, MD (regularly) I'll lick her pu5y in public so she knows that she belongs to me. -Also Quack, MD. Drunk and on vacation while posting here to hilarious effect. Etc, etc. -
I feel the same way about a possible upset tonight. The Giants have blown 4 or 5 games this season in the 4th quarter. They were leading the Broncos in Denver 26-8 in the 4th quarter before losing. They were also leading at Detroit and Chicago in the 4th quarter before losing. The problem here is finishing games. I could see the Giants being in a position in the 4th quarter to win this game. If they are then maybe they can finally win one instead of losing it for a change.

All the more mystifying they couldnt figure out the exact same plan would also have beaten the Texans 10 days ago and had the division in our hands 🤦♂️🤦♂️

Did anyone else see the switch flip with Josh Allen?
ScottishBills replied to Einstein's topic in The Stadium Wall
a) i make you 100% right b) just how sad is that!? 17 at a prime age, and the above summary has to be looked on as the correct answer 🤦♂️🤦♂️ Some people (me included 🤣) just have a 5% suspicion that Josh can somehow will it to happen (and things like the end of the Baltimore game, and the Bucs game keep the dream alive). Its just not who we are this year. Disappointing. c) At the same time as all this - where Brady has us in the pass game is EVEN worse than where we should be. There are plenty plays out there every week in the NFL where scrub QBs and scrub WRs make something happen. They get schemed open. We can still get better out of this crew than what we are seeing (maybe not yesterday with the winds + no real need) -
This is a totally false conclusion. They are not "combatants" is any historically accepted sense. Such a conclusion is preposterous. They are criminals involved in a criminal enterprise. They are very similar to anybody intentionally spreading a deadly virus in a region for simple monetary gain. I would never advocate the killing of survivors after the threat has been eliminated, but nor would I advocate any legal prosecution of these people, which would tie up an overburdened US legal system by people who have no legal standing in the US. They made their choice. The videos of the initial strikes were well publicized and available. Further, I would be very reluctant to publicize more. We have "allowed" millions and millions of people we know nothing about to enter this country under Biden. Surely, a significant number have gravitated to the drug sales and distribution world. We have seen some kill US citizens. Putting warheads on foreheads, as we task our service members to do, has the possibility of energizing people of this ilk to seek revenge. It would be incredibly simple to find out names go after those who do this and/or their families. Enough video.

To truly attack the illegal drug problem, you need to drastically decrease the national appetite for them. Much of that is caused by people living lives of quiet desperation: poverty, unemployment or underemployment, low self worth and self esteem and having no purpose. Improving these issues will do much more than blowing up a few boats.
