He would be. However, any team that claims him would be on the hook for his contract as written. I don't think anyone's going to take on that contract. So he'll likely go unclaimed.
-
I don't know. The dude has built a team that has went to the Super Bowl twice in the last 5 years
-
It was a ***** joke. That play that Allen rushed to get off like 15 seconds after the previous play had ended or whatever screwed us.

Josh Training With Maye In Offseason.

Good thing you have no clue how he leads the team. So probably shouldn’t post such nonsense. -
I was at the game and let me tell you what was happening downfield
Scott7975 replied to Einstein's topic in The Stadium Wall
Yes this is true we would have a shot at 4th and goal from I think 14 yards out. I think the play design was always supposed to goto Palmer based on the pick play they ran. -
I couldn't care less. At this point, I'd be clamoring to bring in Ted Kaczynski if he could play WR.

stop this right now. You obviously love your dog very much. and the dog loved you as much of not more. I had a dog once who had cancer and dwindled in weight at the end. But her tag still wagged. My vet told me it wasn't that she felt well but she loved me so much. But her quality of life was at a 2 out of 10. That was my tipping point. You cant watch your beloved pet suffer any more. Let her cross the rainbow bridge. And when you are ready save another dog from the shelter who would love to be loved by someone as caring as you Im so sorry but we all have been there and know how much it hurts

Yeah it was convenient that and the head ref getting hurt before that mess. If I was a conspiracy theorist I might say more.

Another nice apology letter from the league should more than suffice.

Missing meetings? He will fit right in with Keon!

Has anyone talked about the play clock issues on the final drive. We, for sure, had to waste a 1st down where Allen got to the line, the play clock wasn’t correct, and he emergency snaps it, whips it to the sideline hoping for anything because nobody was ready to go when he snapped it. Essentially forfeiting a play. Was that the 1st down on our final set of downs.. after the Shakir play? Or was it earlier in the drive?

John Lynch is a worse GM than Beane. Convince me I'm wrong.

Too many people on this board have proven they don’t know football with all of the stupid posts. The majority of this Board acts like Houston is the Jets and the Bills should have been able to easily put a beat down on Houston and win by double digits. That Houston defense is good enough to get them to the Super Bowl. To me Denver and Houston with their defenses definitely have to be favorites to get there. Nobody will beat them IN Houston the rest of this regular season. Bills had their chances it was the turnovers that hurt the Bills again more than anything. If the Bills can get the turnovers cleaned up they will be fine and in every game. All of Houston’s losses have been by one score and all of them to playoff teams. They have held down Stafford, Darnold, Baker. They beat the 49ers by double digits and beat Baltimore by 34 without Lamar but even if Lamar played it wouldn’t matter, they would have beat them. People need to chill out on this board. Bills aren’t going to lose to any teams the rest of the year unless they have a comparable defense and the Bills turn it over a bunch. The people thinking Cincy will beat the Bills in Buffalo are hilarious. Their defense sucks. Burrow isn’t going to do any better than Flacco has. The Bills don’t play anyone the rest of the way even close to that defense other than Cleveland and Cleveland’s defense still isn’t as good and Cleveland’s offense is a lot worse. Bills definitely have their own issues but Bills without the multiple turnovers in these games probably only have one loss at the most on the year. Have to find a way to cut those out.

beane gets fired and you are the new gm

First thing I do is hire Belicheck and Daboll to coach this team. Groot Sucks and just stole a Bag of beans from Beane! 😂 -
Draft a size-speed legit outside WR. Get bigger at LB and a run-stopping DT with some penetration ability. Objectives: add a legit vertical dimension to pass game, get better personnel for stopping the run.

REPORT: 49ers to release Aiyuk

Yes however it’s unlikely someone claims him with that contract and his injury. -
Will Josh Allen want to stick around for a rebuild?

Then you sir are not a Buffalo Bills fan. As this the 2nd best era this team ever had. -

oldmanfan replied to BillsFanForever19's topic in The Stadium Wall
We are not rebuilding anything. We might retool a bit and have younger guys step in but we are not doing a total rebuild. The one position they need to throw assets at is WR. Otherwise the O line have guys like Anderson and Grabld ready to step in, we’re fine at TE, RB and obviously QB. Anyone saying trade Josh is nuts. On defense we need to let a lot of old guys go. On the line Jones goes, but you have Oliver, Rousseau, Maybe Bosa back, Walker, Sanders, Hoechst when he recovers. At LB we need to play Williams more and need to add another guy, and for DBs you’ll have Benford and Hairston at CB, maybe Lewis at nickel, and Hancock and Bishop at safety. Upgrade the WR room, add other guys here and there, and perhaps get better coaching especially in the D side and you’re fine. -
At this point no. Plus look at what’s going on now. Hard pass.

I don't care him winning it I hated the sad compensation we got back for him so he could win his Cup. -
I can’t imagine once his escapability and scrambling fall off completely that he can reinvent himself as a pocket passer. It’s not in his nature or tool chest. The prevailing thought is we have 5-8 more years of prime Josh, but this assumes Manning/Brady level ability. Those guys never took hits and got the ball out fast so they endured. I think we have 4 years at most. After that Josh will either have to maintain his drive and reinvent himself or walk away. He’s talented, will have a ton of records, be wealthy and still young, so I think he walks.
