  2. I was unaware you were limiting your comments to legislative activities only, but you’re off base there as well. I’m almost embarrassed to have to post these links. The history of our country is complicated and involves all sorts of closed-minded behavior, and it’s certainly not limited to the R brand. I’m not even going to dig into the governments on state and local levels, but if you’re thinking the old school democrats in heavily union WNY were voting for tree-hugging, integration-minded, full term abortion, LGBT inclusive neighborhoods you’re just. plain. wrong. https://www.npr.org/2020/10/14/920385802/biden-vows-to-ease-racial-divisions-heres-his-record https://nymag.com/intelligencer/2019/03/joe-biden-record-on-busing-incarceration-racial-justice-democratic-primary-2020-explained.html https://www.politico.com/blogs/ben-smith/2008/08/obama-says-marriage-is-between-man-and-woman-011026 https://www.usnews.com/news/articles/2016-04-07/former-president-clinton-defends-1996-crime-bill-super-predators-remark https://www.washingtonpost.com/outlook/how-democrats-purged-safe-legal-rare-from-the-party/2019/11/15/369af73c-01a4-11ea-8bab-0fc209e065a8_story.html
  3. Back to the thread.
  4. It's about controlling manufacturing not about jobs. You can't be at war with China and meanwhile relying on them for products. Those jobs won't exist in 10 years either way
  5. Weird to need a curfew when everything is fine. FYI this thread title is absolutely embarrassing.
  6. Your take was that he's "not doing the right things", "isn't a team player", and compared him to Diggs. Now you're moving the goal posts to he won't be a Bill next season. I think even the ones (like myself) who are saying you're taking things too far see that as likely. My dude - you're the one comparing him to Diggs, still holding a grudge and saying "let's see how this ages" even after he showed up to Mini Camp and didn't even "Hold In". If anyone's (strangely) taking things too personally, it's you.
  7. True, but very few even get to 16 in the first place. We have a tremendous offense, he's a key part, we agree on that. I think he has the talent and the personnel around him to put up superstar numbers.
  8. Poor Mayor Bass has been forced to enact a curfew because Los Angeles is under military attack. Sad!
  9. I just don’t think that past games have much say in the future. Mcd is a good coach. Better than the haters think. I believe that he’ll have his day. All perfectly said my man
  10. Sort of like bringing manufacturing back to the US and paying 3x what robots can do
  11. This is great perspective. He has a lower snap count than other “#1” backs simply because we have better pass catching RB’s on the roster as well as better pass blocking RB’s on the roster, and maybe even better goal line backs.
  12. The fact that he showed up to camp tells me his agent backed off somewhat. They’ll probably still put up a fight, but settle around 12…12.5. His actual worth. He could take a gamble and wait but why? If he takes the 12, he’ll be the guy on the Bills for the next 5 years at least. It’s a great situation. Good owner, good team…why hold out for an extra 3 mil to play for the Jacksonville’s of the world? Take the deal James
  13. Beane may have had the same POV as you. Cook may be looking for 4 years at $60 million. We have no idea what the disconnect on a contract is. It might be years, total value, guaranteed money, etc. Unless there’s an extension before the season we won’t know for a while.
  14. This is an impossible task so I'll reserve the right to change my choices, but after scanning this thread and giving this a little thought: Godfather II Pulp Fiction Midnight Run Dr. Strangelove Repo Man
  15. Ah yes Rivera and his 497 winning percentage Sean McDermott is literally top 15 all time if you take modern NFL coaches Nobody would take Ron Rivera over Sean McDermott You seem to always forget that winning the super bowl in the NFL is a combination of coaching talent luck healthiness Dan Marino is the best pure quarterback in the history of the game and he never won... Jeff hostetler and Mark rypien have super bowls lol Sean McDermott gets credit for helping Josh Allen develop... How many insanely talented quarterbacks bust? How many raw quarterbacks bust? Sean has been there since day one and been a calming coaching influence and the type of guy that lets young players grow
  16. Allen is the only player who would effect win lose record beyond one game either way imho. maybe one less win without Dawkins or Brown.
  17. 1. How many would they have won without Josh Allen? 5 2. How many would they have won without James Cook? 12 3. How many would they have won without Dion Dawkins? Spencer Brown? 10 4. How many would they have won without Ed Oliver? 12 5. How many would they have won without Rousseau? 12
  18. No I have never saw the left use government to reduce the rights of minorities, females, white men, or any other group based on age, sex, or color. None of the examples you gave or your perceived injustices fall into those categories. Cancel culture is not the same thing as telling a women what she must do with her unborn child or redistricting areas and voter law to make it harder for poor and minorities to vote. Limiting gay rights, etc. These things are not the same as calling you a Putin lover. The fact that you don’t see that distinction is, fascinating. But not really.
  19. I agree but James cook is not a TD back for me he is a big play back and I don’t see a lot of them right now let the big backs and Josh get the 1 yard tds I want 30+ yard plays and he creates plenty of them id pay him for 2 more years and see what happens
  20. WGR was playing a similar version this game and I would like to see your opinion as well. Bills won 13 games in 2024. 1. How many would they have won without Josh Allen? 2. How many would they have won without James Cook? 3. How many would they have won without Dion Dawkins? Spencer Brown? 4. How many would they have won without Ed Oliver? 5. How many would they have won without Rousseau? and any other you would like to do...
  21. agree with this. It’s the smart thing for him as well, so hopefully someone smart advising him.
  22. We did Italy last fall, the advice you have gotten so far is spot on. Naples seemed a bit sketchy, but for a day or two I guess it is fine. We ended our trip planning on touring the Almalfi coast, using Sorrento as our base for 4 nights, we loved it so much, we only did Capri and spent the rest of our time in and around Sorrento. The trains are definitely the way to go. We started up north (Milan to Venice to Cinque Terr to Florence and then Rome, using trains for most of the legs of the trip. Wonderful experience, don't worry about the language barriers, you will be fine.
