  2. “…wearing a scarf that is trying to stop a genocide”. Good lord. Will someone please put something in her mouth.
  3. good pick up for the Jets. Seems like minny might be cutting cap in order to trade for a WR
  4. Yea a preferred walk on
  5. I've seen this twice, and I just dont believe its true. Speculation obviously... but he did the Bussin with the Boys Podcast last week, and I remember him talking aboiut it and saying how well that DL looked and Von was his old self until that Detroit field. I think these guys get seasoned to protect themselves against bad beats. It was the right move, but it didnt work out. I'd do that deal over and over again. 85 out of 100 times it works..... and those are odds you should ALWAYS be willing to roll the dice on. A BAD GM would see that situation and be scared to pull the trigger again
  6. I can't agree with having a kicker on the PS. Very unlikely we'd have a game day call up for a kicker unless Bass was injured. If injured during a game, we'd get by for the rest of the game, same thing if he's struggling. If he was injured, we'd have a mid-week tryout session for a replacement kicker for the time he was injured. Having had Davis in camp, the staff already has some idea of what to expect of him and that would either give him a leg up (lol) for the competition or they'd know they wanted to find better. No need to waste a PS signing on a kicker.
  7. Beane held a seminar while in Chicago: Second Contracts: Be Generous, and Your Team Will Reap the Rewards. Well, when you look at results when the owner, GM, and coaching staff runs things in New York, might as well let the inmates run the asylum.
  8. This guy is on track to go down as one of the top 5 pass rusher of all time on his current trajectory, Diggs was nice but not close to Parsons level. I’d definitely pay a big price to acquire such a player, but not so much that it negates the impact Parsons provides. There’s definitely a line in the sand.
  9. Ok, that was funny.
  10. I wonder how many of Travis Henry's kids are playing football? 🤔😁😇
  11. And he's hurt!!!!! We are screwed!!!
  12. 👍 We don't coach effort - Bill Parcells
  13. Especially after having the ability to sign him to their 90 for the last 4 weeks- but chose not to He is. Great pickup for the ps squad. I almost took him in @Virgil‘s mock draft in rd 3 this offseason. Solid move with upside
  14. I mean…you still think Trump won in 2020….right?
  15. For what it's worth the scouting reports make it seem like Strong and Alexander are very similiar in size and speed with Strong being a better man defender and Alexander being a zone guy
  16. Wallace was perfect for McDermott system He was a smart long corner ... They'd have to push him occasionally to try to make plays on the ball but he was never egregiously out of spot
  17. I heard they sold out early last year as Holiday Gifts! Gettem’ while ya can!
  18. lol…..we’re talking about an UDFA that was cut a month ago and still wasn’t signed to anyone’s 90 man roster. You can set the bar wherever you’d like to set it. I’ll be realistic about it. What teams are winning super bowls because of UDFAs that they signed on August 20? None
  19. That's what I can do with my shirt after yard work in the summer months living in Louisiana, but socks? That is crazy. My feet do not sweat like that.
  20. They’re all hot garbage, but Trubisky was a high pick with strong starting experience. Him by default
  21. I get it that people didn't think Wallace was a shutdown CB but most of our secondary gave up well over a 100 rating to opposing QB's last year. In his time here Wallace never gave up higher than an 85 rating for a season. If one of these rookies could come in and play that well their first year I'd be pretty happy. I have a little higher hopes for Hairston but after Elam I'm hoping we get at least a serviceable starter.
  22. Wasn't this a guy we all talked about pre draft? He seems like a solid pickup to stash for a year on the PS
  23. you're High that's way too much to give up. Groot will have a great year this year mark it down. Oliver but be enticing to the Cowgirls . I wouldn't do this trade if it was Parsons for a 5th the dude is an absolute egomaniac and is not a process guy at all. Didn't Diggs teach us anything?
  24. Offers are nice. I think Jerry jones is going to not back down one iota. In fact I think he feels so wronged. That he’s going to make him play out his rookie deal. And franchise tag him over and over again. He’s pissed. He’s not gonna let him go. He’s going to show Micah you don’t go back on a gentleman’s handshake w the supreme emperor of the nfl
  25. I would like to bring in another free safety, but I think we are stuck with this group given that we are quickly approaching the season opener and it would take time to get a new safety up to speed. Plus we don't have cap space and it is slim pickings, at least for remaining free agent safeties.
