  1. Past hour
  2. Rapp is a backup. We should have picked Peppers, imo.
  3. I think it’s clear that the Bills have zero intention of adding a highly priced WR who is going to demand the football not in the concept of the offense.
  4. Making players earn their roster spot in the exact right way to run an organization. Otherwise you get Shaq Lawson, Reggie Ragland, and Adolphus Washington starting for you off the bus.
  5. Couldn't agree more. Against the Saints Williams got 84% of snaps and Thompson got 16%... That needs to be flipped. I thought I saw Thompson getting more run later in the game though so hopefully that means the coaching staff is going to make the switch permanently.
  6. Did anyone else see a recent post on Facebook (I forgot the source) that stated that the Dolphins-Jets game was flexed to the comedy channel?😂
  7. Just watched the Saints opening drive and the amount of horrible tackling was on full display. Cam Lewis missed an easy tackle on Rattler allowing a 1st down on 3rd and 8. Solomon missed an easy tackle on Rattler allowing him to scramble for a big gain. On the Saints TD run both Taron Johnson and Rapp missed basic tackles allowing a 18 yard TD run. Looked bad in person and even worse watching it now on replay! Woof!
  8. Never gonna happen
  9. I think he’d have the same issues here, in terms of there being one football to go around.
  10. I was excited to get Cooper at the time not realizing he was pretty much done (mentally more than physically I think). Brown is still in his prime. We’d see how quickly that everybody eats stuff would wash away if they ever had an alpha WR again.
  11. This could be the next Anthony Hopkins thread. 800 pages Some people ran out of food in that thread.
  12. Is this a quote from Amari Cooper?
  13. That was the same play. Bosa was coming off slowly - I think he felt he had time due to the substitution.
  14. Yes, please! Eagles don’t use him. He’s a beast and would be infinitely more happy here where Josh would get him more than 2 touches a game.
  15. Could you imagine? McDermott would sit him until he “earned it” then he plays 10 % of the plays in his first 3 games
  16. That’s a real short sighted approach. The defense has dominated one game out of 4. The Saints went into Seattle and were curb stomped by the Seahawks 44-13. We were 2 inches from losing the lead in the 4th qtr after Rattler’s pass was a smidge low to Cooks who pretty much waltzed between both our safety’s who had no idea what they were supposed to be doing. That is ***** defense. And for whatever reason-be it talent, scheme, motivation we play ***** defense a lot. Our offense is good because we have a ridiculously great generational QB, a great RB, and an excellent run blocking O line. However, we run an offense that isn’t using the talents of our QB or our receivers to the best of their ability. Throwing only 2 targets to Kincaid is inexcusable. As is throwing no targets to Coleman in the second half Is inexcusable. We have Palmer Shakir Kincaid and Coleman. All are good players and are being underutilized. Yes we are 4-0. And it’s a close team oriented group of guys. But the coaching and playcalling on the whole is average at best. And eventually mediocrity will get you beat.
  17. Hmmm, Fauci must have been lying
  18. From my couch the problems would appear to be, in order: LB (particularly the stunningly lost DWilliams), inconsistent rookie DT's and then safety (especially Rapp, who has been gawdawful while Bishops is getting somewhat better).
  19. Well, Coleman has missed more games due to injury (4) than Worthy (3), right? And that's without having an oaf of a teammate run him over. So that takes care of the "best ability is availability" argument. Very basically, for the other poster to say "well, what's Worthy done the last three weeks," is incredibly lazy. And inapposite, for that matter. I like Coleman--a LOT. I want him to succeed. But he isn't the better player right now, and I'm certain that I'm not the only poster who thinks the Bills helped out their big rival in the AFC with that trade a couple of years ago. EDIT: I want to add: Sheer skill on the field is not what makes a player best for the team, and Coleman's personality is by far the better fit for the Bills. His cookie-eating, Macy's coat-wearing dorkiness fits so well with a QB who draws a buffalo that looks like a potato and plays Catan. So there's that, too. But to point to a guy's three weeks of injury and say "scoreboard!" as if that's the end of the argument, is intellectually dishonest.
  20. I knew he would start this after I saw their first game and they barely threw. Thats the problem with diva receivers! He doesn’t care about winning; he wants the ball!
