  1. Past hour
  2. So Biden tells Quack, who emails Finding, who calls teef and Tibstain who in turn instruct Billsdouche to use the autopen. What an absolute clusterfuk.c of criminal corruption.
  3. Gave never had a chance of establishing position and catching this. The throw is literally to the DB. Maybye the inside WR blocked Josh's view. That's the best I've got.
  4. No thanks. Always is dragging an injury around and is paid like the top rushers but does not perform like one
  5. Tre White needs a mentor
  6. I don’t know if I’d go that far. Are there plays he wants back, sure. That’s every coach. Does he get too cute sometimes, yeah. Overall we’ve consistently been one of the top offenses in the league though. Does Josh have a whole heck of a lot to do with that? Absolutely, but it’s no different than any other team who wins consistently because of their QB play. What we do in the run game and, off of that, the rpo game is really good stuff. He also has some really good shield concepts out of stacks that are nearly impossible to defend that are really good. Our vertical choice routes are good which is why we’ve seen an uptick in MoFC coverages, but overall there’s a lot of meat left on the bone in our vertical pass game. We rely too heavily at times on different levels concepts to the sideline whether that be Smash or Floods. Everyone here hates Mesh but it’s a really good concept vs both man and zone if the receivers understand what they are seeing from a defense post snap. For me, we run way too many mirrored routes for my liking and we hardly ever move the pocket. With as much as we run the ball we should have more pass actions off of those key run schemes.
  7. Our defense is a bit complex for the safeties and linebackers, it is not complex for CBs. CB is one position in football you can walk of the street and play the next day.
  8. Slay has always been a man coverage corner. In the offseason the whole change in the defense was going to be more man. Injuries have ruined that option. maybe as the team gets healthier or tries to at least and given the upcoming opponents they want the option to have an experienced corner to put out there to run some of that. what Pittsburgh’s defensive rankings are means nothing. They have first rounders all over their defense and it stinks across the board. So in essence the Steelers defense stinks as a unit and that is not the same as slay being lousy on his own merit.
  9. If there wasn't a second inside coverage guy I could get on board but with Simm's idea but where Allen threw the ball was so far in front of Davis that really only the defender had a chance of getting there first. The best and only out I can give Allen, and in my mind it's reaching, is that somehow the inside WR blocked Allen's view of the 2nd underneath coverage guy and somehow Allen didn't know he was there. All that said when the LB blitzed Allen should have immediately dumped it to Knox.
  10. Actually the one I go to is just over the line in West Seneca! I just stick to the title of the thread.
  11. The Steelers one is 75% on Josh and 25% on Gabe Josh made the wrong read/choice on the throw but it didn’t have to be an interception. If Gabe runs through there at full speed it’s either 4&2 or an incompletion. So it’s Josh fault for the opportunity but Gabe’s for making the result the worst possible
  12. Slay was benched then cut by the team with the NFLs 31st ranked defense. And he may be 40 by the time he learns the complex defense we run. If he can in fact help, that would be great.
  13. He's going to be Ryan Leaf after choking in the playoffs.
  14. Just send the link to the Bills IR list. It will take so long to load that it will crash her computer.
  15. You know he is! Unless I'm wrong, Cam comes in and takes Milano's place. Taron stays on the field.
  16. Just signing to collect yet another SB ring. The rich get richer.
  17. I was hoping for a 35 year old. A 34 year old guy makes no many mistakes
  18. If they were playing the chiefs at arrowhead this week I’d pick the chiefs. That’s what I think of both teams and their records so far.
  19. I thought the penalty was on Gabe for OPI?
  20. As long as we keep winning the division sooner or later we will go all the way to the Super Bowl. As long as we have a team that competes for the division title every year and makes the playoffs every year I’m happy enough not to want to risk it for something unknown. The only good thing with replacing Beane and McDermott is that the whiners would be quiet. For a few months, then they’d probably start again.
  21. Good point, should have signed a WR1 and impact DE off waivers this week.
  22. Is the division out of reach? Miami is surging. It's not out of the question that they sweep New England. We win out, and we take the division. Not too crazy a scenario.
  23. most of them are citizens, same as you and me and people in West Va or Mississippi. How many in those states make less than 35k? Many more than 40% of the small population of somalis btw, where does the 40% number come from? it's not in the compass data.
  24. I saw a video of Chris Simms breaking down our run offense in this game. He briefly touched on this INT saying that Davis screwed Allen over by not crossing the CB's face. I'm not saying that Simms is automatically correct, or that Kurt Warner is, or least of all that I am. I inherently trust @HoofHearted more than anybody on this board with these questions. I'm just saying that's what it looked like Allen's thought process was. Gabe throttles down a bit and only accelerates back into his route once he realizes where the ball is headed. That brief slow down affected the outcome. I could be convinced Allen shouldn't have thrown this ball in any case because Echols' leverage muddies the read, but I do believe the ball was thrown where Davis would have been if he had continued the pace of his route and that a pass breakup would have been the worst case scenario.
