No, I’ve seen people right here suggesting/proposing him, which strengthens my point that there is a lot of nonsense here. There are no slam dunks as options, just some more attractive than others. I’m not here to defend McD and Beane. I’m as frustrated as the next guy. I just see people wanting to change for the sake of change, and that sounds emotional and immature to me. Even the “good options” are not sure things, but people here like to think the grass is always greener. I’m not tied to any one person or thing on the Bills, so if and when change happens I’ll see how I feel at that time. I’m not sure what they should do, and I freely admit that. I do know that a lot will depend on how the rest of the season goes, so I’ll just wait and see before forming an opinion. We have rallied from 6-6 in the past, so at least we know it could get exciting.

Brandin Cooks' contract manouvers point to tampering

Cooper is not old. He just quit. -
I’ve settled on Beane, Brady, and the S/C staff being the fall guys for McD if this year goes south. Sean is a self-preservationist. He’s blamed a DC, an ST coach, a couple of OCs, and Jerry Hughes. To date, the front office hasn’t been a target. So I suspect he’ll pin this year on the roster (both pro and college player personnel), the OC, and s/c. On their faces, they’re all reasonable scapegoats. But rest assured blame won’t fall on the HC.

Shaq Lawson on the way (now reportedly signed to practice squad)

I believe you only need to have three credited seasons to have a vested pension in the NFL It obviously gets accrued as you play more seasons so someone with six seasons would get less than someone with 10 But he is guaranteed a pension plan for life with his nine years -

Good riddance -
I don't disagree, but I think many have grown tired of seeing the same issues come up again and again. It feels like there's no learning from last week or last year. In a relative sense they're still a decent team with a great QB, but it's leadership struggles to adapt or change. The team has played let's than inspired football for a significant portion of this season. That may be the most difficult pill to swallow. I like what McDermott has brought to the organization in terms of leadership and stability, but he's in a high pressure role where yesterday matters little.

getting easier to separate the McDermott fans from the Bills fans

That free throw shooting mechanics was ludicrously ugly lmao

And that is why we dont have championships. I would rather have a pure a hole as a HC and a Lombardi in the trophy case -

Who is next? Aaron Schobel? -
People thought our schedule was going to be brutal this year at this stage last season. Then we found out its pretty cake - except we are blowing it as its us that is playing like dog 💩 and taking losses in games we should clearly win. So it is really hard to see if the schedule is hard or not hard this far out. So I don't waste too much time thinking about it. No one on that schedule scares me if we are playing good football. What scares me is we are not playing good football.

I may be overstepping but I don’t think gruden is the guy folks are clamoring for as hiring a reasonable selection. The dudes coach 3-4 out of the last 15+ years? I think the fact that you went straight to gruden and Rex may be PTSD from the darker days.

Game week thread - Bills at Steelers

Might as well shut it down if we lose this one. You gotta be kidding me -
Sad, but alas, the reality of this season's situation. The thing is, you never know, and even when you think you know, you never know. The Bills OC could pull his head out of his arse... the injury bug could go away, and players could return to help this team at just the right time. Lady Luck could return and stop the Bills from committing turnovers, and the defense starts getting them like they did last season. So many "IFs" but hey, anything can happen as Buffalo is still in it.

Greg Rousseau has turned out to be a complete slug.
Buffalo716 replied to Walking Tall's topic in The Stadium Wall
I do think the absence of Ed Oliver is hurting his statistics I think Gregg still has room to grow in his technique and get even better ... He does have a straight arm power move which is great .. with his length and leverage he literally takes OTs off their feet and you are right his bear paws for hands do stop players and QBs when he gets his hands on them As to the bolded maybe on some third and eights he can get more wide nine alignments than we usually give him to use his stride and get more leverage advantages... He does play very tight alignments a lot not out in wide space all the time The bills need him to play A+ football down the stretch -
Your mistake is thinking you know what’s in my mind. You don’t.
