They were obtained from Epstein’s lawyers pursuant to a subpoena that was issued by the House Oversight Committee (lawmakers). These documents are separate from the criminal case files held by the DOJ and the FBI that Trump and Bondi promised to release after the election. As for why Biden and the Democrats didn’t release the criminal case files — Maxwell’s criminal case was still OPEN during the Biden administration. She wasn’t convicted until late 2021, and then she appealed her conviction. Generally, it’s not a good idea to open your evidence files when a criminal case is ongoing. We also don’t know whether the FBI was *still* investigating other possible suspects who helped Epstein or participated in his crimes. I've read the NFL is no longer AS high as they were with England as the rest of the world has show substantial interest with a ton of money. Had the UK still been the desired target I think the NFL would've considered some true trial balloons but now I think their goal is 8 games a year international and long term 16 games so every team goes abroad. That money wise is actually probably more of a boon for the league compared to having a singular team.

You switched from Autos to Homes there, but yes, I agree with you…lower rates will probably (counter-intuitively) lower housing prices due to the increased supply effect. Autos won’t have that same effect, but payments are so stretched that I don’t think lower rates leads to materially higher prices. The Biden Admin will have cost a generation (5 years worth of people) a whole bunch of opportunity but we have to do it.
