He is still listed as limited, which would imply he is not healthy. For someone who has constantly been a victim of lingering issues, I wouldn’t say he is running 100%. Pair that with McDermotts latest comments on him before the joint practice, it wouldn’t surprise me if he “re-aggravated” it.

It’s not like every big Chiefs game falls in the first 5 weeks(they are all big games), they play the Giants and Jags as well. And they still have the Lions, Chargers(again), our Bills and the Commanders the rest of the season. Plus the Texans. Rice could be suspended for all those games. And I think and agree the fact there has been no settlement means the NFL wants to drop the hammer.

There's a chance that Amos would have reportedly struggled in camp, just like Hairston and Elam. Bedford aside, a small suspicion is growing in me that McDermott is demanding to the point of intimidating the secondary players he drafts, not allowing some players to develop as they would under more supportive coaches. My niggling suspicion will grow stronger if Elam turns into a star and Hairston is another "bust."

Agree 100%. Codrington cannot even be put on the field as a CB I think Shenault make its over Elijah Moore and it is possible the Bills part with Curtis Samuel if he is not able to practice rest of the pre-season. They will just have to take a big bite on the salary cap for this season...
