Drake Maye is likely out of the running now.  Unless he has 3 super games in a row to end the season.

Right now its Stafford's to lose and if he missteps then its going to Josh.

edit,  as I typed this Stafford thows a int!

If Maye and the Patriots lose next week at Baltimore I think he is out of the running regardless of how the division title and race for the 1 seed shapes out. It will be between Allen and Stafford. Stafford should remain the heavy favorite.

I think Allen has a legit shot if he finishes strong with 3 TD's per game average here on out. That would put his at 46 for the season.

Then throw in the narrative side of things and Allen has engineered comeback victories and is 3-0 in some of the biggest games of the year. Ravens and Bengals games legit probably being the #1 and #2 games of the year. Out dueling every opposing QB on the way. The narrative is that Allen is a one-man wrecking crew. And he has not disappointed.

If Stafford can throw a few picks these last few games and Allen stays on fire with NO turnovers then he can get back into it. Stafford needs to be turning the ball over though and also have Seattle win that division would help a little.

I think people are finally catching on😂😂

It might be so obvious at this point that they give it to Allen even if we end up as a wildcard. The national narrative has been growing these past couple weeks.

The MVP is Allen’s to lose.  There is no player — nobody even close — who means more to his team’s success than Josh.

It’s hysterical than the media drums up an MVP “competition” and I really hope the voters take a deep look at this (like they did last year) and realize there is one clear MVP in this league.

Meanwhile Stafford just threw an awful pick. Maybe this can still happen.

The obvious roadblock is the division. He's not winning it as a wildcard. No chance.

Right now it’s Staffords to lose based on the odds.

Need Stafford to throw 3 interceptions today and not get more than one touchdown and have the lions beat them.

Everyone knows this about Allen, whether they admit it or not.

Stafford is likely still the frontrunner, unless the Rams falter. Josh will need 45+ TD's to take it away, and to win out.

But today was absolutely another step with him putting on the cape once again.
