Success Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago If Bosa can play, it offsets losing Benford a bit (if Benford can't play). It's kind of a pleasant surprise that he's practicing in full today. Still hoping they're just being cautious w/ Benford and he can still go, but we do have decent enough depth at the CB position. If it's Tre, Hairston & Johnson, with Lewis subbing in, that really isn't too bad. 4 Quote

We win and carry loads of momentum into the last three games of the season and the playoffs. We win and New England loses all their season long built up momentum (bye week off, then a loss to the Bills) and questions start to creep in for them, making it maybe a little more possible that they drop a game to the Jets (yea right) or Dolphins (dolphins COULD play spoiler with their run game and improved D). Momentum is real, both in games and in season. What happens to Allen's psyche if we lose to the Pats and Diggs would be my biggest question 4 minutes ago, Success said: If Bosa can play, it offsets losing Benford a bit (if Benford can't play). The bigger question would be what happened to Diggs psyche last season when he was recovering from a season ending injury and Allen was leading the Bills to the AFC Championship game and collecting an MVP along the way. At this point, I wouldn’t have another practice all season. We have to have lost more players due to a practice injury than in game? 1 1 Quote

Tre and Hairston might be ok on the outside against Hollins, Boutte etc IF we can generate any semblance of pass rush. Johnson and Lewis have been abject disasters this season. We desperately need Taron Johnson to get to even 80% of what he used to be. 1 Quote
loveorhatembillsfan4life Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago Pats have some pretty significant injuries as well so even if Benford can’t go, I can’t say that’s an excuse to lose this game. . Would suck but like Mcd said, next man up. 1 1 Quote

mbowman14 Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago Looks like Bernard will be out again this week, but potentially on track to return next week. It will be very interesting to see how they handle his return. He is the 2nd Captain with a long-term extension that hasn't kicked in yet. By any objective measure, Shaq and the D have performed much better in his absences. Will be something to monitor down the stretch for sure. 1 2 Quote

Unless we haven’t secured a playoff spot no way I’m playing him till January. No way. If we can’t beat the Browns and Jets without him…. This is getting ridiculous Also, I added Boutte in fantasy this week and I’m probably playing him in light of this news. This regular season can’t end fast enough. It’s now 4 straight years of injuries significantly derailing a season. Oliver, Hoecht, Max, Rapp, CB, Bernard, Kincaid, Brown, Milano, Palmer, Bass - all missing enough to significant enough time. 1 Quote

That's great that you and a hand full of others don't. Clearly I am not talking about the ones that don't. As I stated, the fans that can't understand what normal fan behavior is, when your fellow Fandom does the same thing. Fans are the same no matter where you are. Clearly some people can not bring themselves to see that. Quote

Just wish we had a bit better luck here. Quote

balln Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago They’re screwed if Hairston or Tre get hurt. Who’s next? Dane Jackson and / or some out of the league PS scrub? can Hancock play outside ? Quote
Kelly to Allen Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago (edited) Hoping it's just grade 1 turf toe Unreal 2 minutes ago, balln said: They’re screwed if Hairston or Tre get hurt. Who’s next? Yes, Hancock is a great athlete and has boundary cb experience at Ohio State Dean Jackson only has one more call up So if the benford turf toe is multiple weeks, we are probably going to need to sign a vet CB either to the active roster or to the ps MJ Devonshire is a good prospect but they need another guy Thankfully the playoffs is still 5 weeks away Edited 1 hour ago by Kelly to Allen Quote

Kelly to Allen Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago (edited) Benford is questionable This is encouraging that it's probably not serious. Hopefully he just misses a couple weeks at worst Edited 59 minutes ago by Kelly to Allen 2 Quote
