I would argue snow game exacerbates the issue for the Bills and lessens for the Bengals.  Easier to pass block in the snow and harder for WRs to get open/footing in the snow

How the eff do you decline a penalty to challenge a play, not get the desired outcome of said play then revert back to ok and accept the penalty, thats totsl bull####. Should have been Bills  ball at the 1 yard line
