Josh genuinely looks like he wants to be anywhere else.

Don't blame him one bit.  Wish he had the personality to demand that Pegula make changes NOW, unfortunately, that's not who he is.  Instead his soul and love of the game is just being sucked out of him.

How would your body language be after hearing Joe Brady’s raspy voice ring into your helmet “call the WR screen” for the 732nd time this season?

Agree, but Josh is in a position to have more authority if he wanted. He can’t be considered a victim of this coaching staff, because he could make change if he wanted. I agree, just saying Josh is a powerful guy.

I know Josh hasn't played well lately,  but it's really hard to constantly bail your team out when who have receivers stopping on routes, dropping passes and your RB fumbling all on his own.

Add injuries and Brady's playcalling and it's a tough ask.

Better field position is better than a kick that is still easy

What makes you think we are going to have better field position? Penalties with the new kickoff has historically shown to do nothing.

What happened to Brandin Cooks?

Throwing to him was working, so they decided to immediately stop.

You mean nobody to promote internally?

McClappy has no coaching tree that he has developed.  None of his coordinators are head coaches elsewhere (ex. Daboll I guess)
