Keon Coleman likely to return against Pittsburgh

Assuming cooks plays (he does right?) I think it'll help Coleman out. Litterally nobody is a threat in the wr group. Cooks being in the field could open things up for Coleman and Davis (assuming Davis plays)

At this point, with 19M tied up in two receivers who suffer from fibromyalgia, just put Keon back out there and throw him a few 50/50 balls to see if the past two weeks brought out any dawg in him.

The next time Elijah Moore is a positive for a team's offense it will be the first time in his NFL career.   He has a CAREER 65.7 passer rating when targeted and was probably the worst receiver in the NFL to get regular snaps in 2024.  There is a real chance he would have at least started the season on a practice squad this season if the Bills hadn't thrown him a lifeline.   Allen ever trusting Moore was a stretch.

 

Additionally, it doesn't take much research to see that in Brady's first season as an NFL OC in Carolina he had two 1,000+ yard receivers plus an 800+ yard Curtis Samuel.   None of which were superstars.   This coming off having the greatest passing offense in the history of college football.  But not running the ball enough was cited in his firing in Carolina.

 

I think people need to consider the fact that he is running what Josh Allen and McDermott want.   A simple system.   Which would probably work in spite of perceived predictability if the talent was right.   Moore wasn't ever going to move the needle for this team but some of you just can't get over his draft pedigree.

Well, I’ll take a guess based off what we see from this regime. They live in the past. Last year Samuel made a couple of plays late in the season/playoffs. They are banking on him doing the same again this year.

He had only 9 less snaps than Davis, who had the most amount of snaps for an Outside WR and only 6 less snaps than Palmer. If he's saying that's not good enough, he's essentially saying he wants to start. Which I would say is being featured.

 

  

 

Basing your use of "featured" on his snaps for one game from the whole year ... does not indicate a healthy argument.

 

"More snaps" doesn't equal featured. He didn't say "more snaps than he got against Texas."

 

I still kinda wish they'd kept him, but I wasn't in the room to hear what he was saying.

If hes slacking and  just going through the motions again he should be cut immediately. Leta see how he responds. Every snap should be evaluated.
