If you want to believe this is still the year and have hope...by all means do it. If people have a differing opinion it's their right to do that just as it's your right to hold your outlook. There's an old saying that I've always liked. "Never judge others for sinning differently than you" Thats great! Ranks up there with Robert Shaw in the poker scene from The Sting " what was I supposed to do call him out for cheatin' better than me?" 1 1 Quote
JohnBonhamRocks Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago It’s crazy, especially with the NFL MVP at QB, that I would be equally non-shocked if we destroyed them, played them close, or got destroyed by them. Let’s just hope Willie Parker isn’t active. Quote

All I am saying is what Allen said to the fans after many left before the end of the Ravens game-- "have a little faith next time." I have no idea how this will turn out, but in the meantime I won't be miserable and certainly won't whine over a situation I have no control over. I guess that is what faith is all about. It's a fine line between whining in the sense of indulging oneself in thoughtless complaints and pointing out legitimate problems and even predicting unpleasant outcomes. I hope you don't belong to that contingent of posters who simply do not tolerate anything but sunny posts. I'd rather read any number of complaints bordering on "whining" than the kind of Pollyanna, "Bills right or wrong" smarmy shlock you see here, especially in the offseason, that equates criticism with disloyalty and typically challenges the posters' credentials, as in "Are you a GM? Have you studies hours of film?" No, I never mind even harsh criticism. It usually reflects caring too much and having too much faith, not too little of either. Quote

It's just that I have no control over the decisions of the team, so all my anger does is raise my blood pressure. We all want something very badly, but we completely depend on a bunch of men we don't even know to get it done. It's beyond frustrating, and we all react to that in different ways. Quote

It's really sad. In a season where the #1 seed was the expectation, I think the response from fans is more than warranted. Not only is the 1 seed out of the question with 6 games left, it seems like we are trending in the overall wrong direction with coaches and a salary cap issue that's only going to make it worse. For a team that's never won it and a fanbase that's been craving this their entire lives, I can't blame anyone for seeing this opportunity squandered. 3 3 2 Quote
atlbillsfan1975 Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago (edited) Let’s see what team shows up. If it’s the one from Miami, then it is the beginning of the end for the McD and Beane regime. It will take this year and next before the switch is made, but a no show performance in a must win, will confirm for me that McD lost the team. Edited 1 hour ago by atlbillsfan1975 1 Quote
GolfandBills Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago (edited) Steelers edge players will feast. Another bad loss coming up especially if the Steelers decide to stick to running the ball. Edited 1 hour ago by GolfandBills 1 1 Quote

It's sad that we just think this will happen because we're too stupid to change our offensive mindset to go into play action, to go into quick hitting timing routes, to do something to offset the pinned back ears edge Rush. The closest will have our two in a row runs for two or three yards, and then a third and four which we have to pass out of and take a sack on. Quote

Which means they will have more energy and be more physical than the Bills who don’t seem to get up for games. Which means the Bills will lose. They will want it more and we aren't good on the road under McDermott. Ill guess and say on defense they will jam our WR's at the LOS and blitz. Just guessing though... Quote

Miami, Atlanta and Houston were not tough road environments with thousands of Bills fans in attendance. Pittsburgh should be a different atmosphere so hopefully the Bills play differently. Even if we lose every game for the rest of the season, people are going to want to get into the new stadium just to see it for the first few years. After that, I am curious to see how it goes overall with the higher overall ticket prices and sellers trying to slowly recoup their PSLs. Edited 53 minutes ago by Virgil 1 1 Quote

Run, run, pass on 3rd and long........it's no big secret for our game plan every week. Every 1st down, i'm yelling at my tv screen to actually try throwing on 1st down, just try it once in a while, but nope, here comes the run on 1st down.........again and every time. No imagination and just plain lazy game planning. 1 Quote
Warriorspikes51 Posted 48 minutes ago Posted 48 minutes ago (edited) I have no idea what to expect in this game or the coming weeks. This team could go on a run and wreck everyone or implode IMO it's almost like the staff and players aren't properly game planning for "lesser" opponents The Falcons and Dolphins losses were a combination of gameplan/play calling and players not giving the effort Edited 46 minutes ago by Warriorspikes51 1 Quote
CNYfan Posted 31 minutes ago Posted 31 minutes ago A loss this week and the wheels fall off. A win and we keep limping along the dusty road. Quote
