Pray he turns it around enough statistically so that Penn State hires him as their Head Coach.  Do we get a comp pick if that happens, or only if he goes to another NFL team as a HC?

He's not a minority so we wouldn't get compensation if hired by another NFL team as HC.

Really?

17 is looking at a posse of absolute ass WRs! They simply CANNOT separate to catch a football!

2025 Stats?

And remember, the rest of the WRs in the league play their catchup game on Sunday.

# 28 Shakir - helped greatly by the 4th & 27 desperation hook & ladder.

#79 Keon Benchedman.

#96 Josh, 18 catches in 8 games, Palmer. Paying him $11 ***** million in 2026 for that performance!

#207 9 catches in 9 games- Moore!

#239 SEVEN CATCHES IN SIX GAMES @ $9 Mill- Samuel!

ABSOLUTE ASS!

And this is ALL on, I know better than everyone on the planet- Beanbrain.

The Bills didn’t need #10 WR Waddle!
What a failed buffoon!

No TD drives after the first drive of the game, unacceptable.

Are you sure?  I’m pretty sure he identifies as “terrible.”

We have 10 days til the next game. If it was going to happen now would be the time.

I think last Sunday's 40+ point performance bought him time though. But I swear if he has the nerve to sit there and say he thinks the passing offense is fine again I'm making a voodoo doll of him and cleaning a rest stop toilet with it

James Cook breaks a 20 yard run

We then decide to not give him a moment to catch his breath and run it 4 straight times, failing to convert on 4th down

Why would we questions Joe Brady. He's clearly an amazing play caller....

The firing of Daboll seemed like the planets were aligning but I'm not sure if he could stomach being under the McD umbrella. After all McD ruined Daboll's best chance of going to the SB with Allen and the Bills with 13 seconds. I doubt he would be jumping at the chance to come in mid season unless McD was fired with Brady and Babich and he was parachuted in.

I think we are stuck with Brady and the results so far this season speak for themselves. Now that Brady has a body of work that can be studied, its obvious that DCs have studied his vanilla plans and dialed up an easy neutralization strategy. Its not until Brady's vanilla gets a little Neapolitan flavor at the end of games that things start to flow better. The Hook and ladder for ex.

Exactly.  What could go wrong with another internal hire?

Its a temp elevation if we, hopefully, fire Brady soon

If you fire Brady right now, it’s Super Bowl or bust for McD. And if the Bills fail to not reach the big game, you have to most certainly clean house from a leadership and defensive perspective. Josh has a lot of blame for tonight too. Underneath and the sides were open all night. 2-3 of those sacks had Dawson crossing with at least a yard and a half step on the linebacker and all he had to do was lead him for the first down. Josh has been struggling immensely this year with leading receivers and proper ball placement. But Brady doesn’t know

how to counter aggressive defenses at all.

We need to clean house anyway.

That clip was after the failed 4th/1 where they ran Cook over G for the 4th play in a row (3 to the L, one to the R).

Right after he broke a 20 yard run

I get why Josh said that, because I was wondering the same thing

I dont think they can fire him at this point uintil the off-season. My hope is maybe they can hire an special asst to the offense or something along those lines. No idea who that person could be but an other brain getting involved in this O is desperately needed.

Brady's play calling puts me in mind of Ralph Kramden.

Regarding the play selections, it's "I know that you know that you think you know what I know what I'm going to call!"

The results are often regrettably "Homina homina homina..."

I think the Brady (and the rest of the Bills coaching staff to a lesser degree) have a real hubris problem. They think that no matter what they can out-execute the other team, even when being painfully shown that it isn't working.

The Bills line up and do what they're going to do and it doesn't ever seem to adapt with what the opposing defense has been showing. Every content creator and analyst who watches football professionally talk about how predictable the Bills are. The 4th and 27 play was the only playcall the entire game I thought to myself "Wow, didn't expect that".

On third downs where they pass and it's less than 8-10 yards, it's always a mesh concept. The Bills have obvious tells with who is on the field, and in spite of that they never break tendency and do something different. They just line up and do what they're gonna do because we have Allen and they don't.

It's lazy and points to an ego issue in the coaching room, in my opinion anyways.

Absolutely.

I want to know if the position coaches are bringing this up (they should be seeing it too) or are they being ignored or just silent.

When this is so obvious to me, how can they not see it!  How can it just continue?  It's crazy.

i don't believe they're lazy, i actually think the opposite. all the messaging suggests to me they are maniacally putting in the work to make their system work

the problem is they're not smart enough to authentically self scout and come up w better solutions. that might be ego but i think it's more basic stupidity

I meant more intellectually lazy, I agree with what you're saying.

Brady needs to be fired one second after the last game of the season. He is a complete moron if he couldn’t see that the OL was drowning and needed a TE kept in to assist with pass blocking.  He is going to get Allen killed.

Buffoon.  😡

Yes, on the lack of self-scouting.  To do that properly the D has to point out the O's issues and vice versa.

I'm wondering if all this "we're a family" stuff is stopping that by not wanting to "point fingers".

If they can't do that right now, they risk losing Josh and the players this season.

I swear to God, my 93-year-old mother is bitching about the playcalling.

She said this morning, "why do they keep doing the same things that don't work".

LOL, THAT is a problem.
