I mean that the only away playoff games we have played were against KC (since Allen became elite so I'm not counting the Houston wildcard loss). Cincy is the only other team that has beaten us at all and that was at home in any case.

If one or both KC/Ravens potentially miss the playoffs have to root for it. I don't care who they are facing. We get outcoached annually against the Chiefs and that running game of the Ravens is a bad matchup for this defense.

I would love to see them miss the playoffs. The good news is either team losing helps the bills this week. 

i’ve realized that the more successful a team is, the more miserable their fan base is. This place is a grim reminder of that. Look how active this place becomes after a loss versus after a win.

It's crazy what a couple of weeks can do to a fanbase. Three weeks ago they were convinced they'd crush us. Now half the fans want to fire Reid and the other half are claiming Mahomes is washed!

I think the irony of all of this is that last years Chiefs team feasted on statistical irregularity with one score games and circumstances they pulled way too many rabbits out of hat. This years team is fundamentally better on both sides of the ball and the numbers back it.. BUT luck regression is a b*tch and where last year you got the missed or block field goals or the turnovers or the last second drive etc none of that this year. Add in they lost some of the wrong games in terms of tiebreakers with JAX/BUF & no division chance it is a real possibility they finish even 11-6 and miss. 10-7 they will be out.

 

With that said... until their dead and gone they are a threat the same way Brady & BB was.

I know we should be allied with the Chiefs this week against the Ponies team from Indianna, but I so badly want them dead and buried.  Another loss would all but do that.

And Denver isn't Miami (Chiefs aren't the Bills right now either)--they are one of the hottest teams in the NFL, having won 7 in a row before the Chiefs  game.

 

This KC loss was hardly shocking.  Nothing like Bills/Fins.

i want the queefs to miss the tourney but to also play spoiler to some teams who would otherwise be ahead of us in the 1 seed sweepstakes. 

 

i think they beat the colts.  kc has the best run d in the nfl over quite a few seasons now, and i don't think the colts can drop back and pass on them.  

 

i think kc might write the blue print for stopping them and they might just end up splitting vs jags, houston (both of whom they play twice after this week) and even the nfc north teams (seattle and sf).

 

i think the colts will be a 5 loss team.  i think we can be the one seed if we only lose 1 more game, but we might have to run the table to get it.  upside is if we do run the table i think it's almost certain we are the 1 seed.

Agreed, I am not sure if Buffalo is guaranteed to catch New England, and I am much more scared of Patrick Mahomes in the Playoffs than I am of Daniel Jones.  Both scenarios have upside, but I want the Chiefs out of the picture if possible.

It's pretty crazy that they are 4th in scoring and 9th in scoring defense.  Top 10 in both units and they are 5-5.
