Fire Brady immediately, like 5 minutes ago...and bring Dabs back to be the OC.  He will get Josh back on track.

Anything for no more bubble screens.

McSchottenheimer might not have a choice of Josh puts his foot down.

It's a waste to do it this year. Too many different players since Daboll was here to be able to pick up a new, complicated system. Plus, I'm sure Daboll is fine enjoying getting paid to take the rest of the year off.

Need to can McD and then try to bring him in next year.

Sean should 100% put his ego aside and at least explore the possibility of bringing him on on some capacity.

I'm not a Daboll fan, but we did have success in the passing game when he was here. And this offense and Josh desperately needs a new set of eyes.

Josh needs a guy not afraid of him. Daboll ain't. That ego of his won't back down to anyone. A blessing and a curse.

Right now the two of them need each other.

I was actually thinking about that this morning.  That might be something the pegulas do, because belichick would work cheap.  I still don’t see them moving in from McSchottenheimer unless Josh puts his foot down.

Also will add that if we got Belichick as a head coach I would hope he finds the bright offensive mind under him and not just able and there is a true succession plan that does not include dabol as head coach.

I don't think he has the temperament for it, which would mean we get a defensive head coach, which puts us behind the rest of the league with the offensive shift

He has no interest in working with mcdermott. The two of them were oil and water.

McDermott is Oil, anybody who challenges him is water

McD oughta go to him with hat in hand and beg him to come back and fix Josh. And then get the F outta the way on offense. You coach the D, and let Daboll have complete autonomy on the offense. Including telling Beane to pull his head out of his ass and get me some weapons.

Belichick is a clown show.    Unless prime Tom Brady is coming with him there is no use.   No thank you to him and the sideline walking gold digger.

first to say the Bills should hire him as OC

(not going to happen)

If only god could be so good and bless us with the return of Daboll.  Please make it so!

I bet Brian is back in town sooner than later.  Whether he’s working for the Bills remains to be seen.  Maybe he can buy Rapp’s house when Rapp is inevitably jettisoned.  (Same neighborhood as Daboll’s old place and he still comes back in the summers.)

In a dream world, he would be here tomorrow. Taking over the offense. Stopping the nonsense WR screens. Running more PA.

But alas, McDermott wouldn’t allow it.

Belichick as HC, Daboll as OC

It wouldn't shock me if Bill goes to the Giants. He has history there and he might like the challenge of turning them around. He does have an opt out in his contract with UNC to return to the NFL.

I don't love Daboll but man this is the type of move/shake-up that I genuinely believe is needed. I'm not saying fire Brady. But bring in Daboll to work with the offense and it sends a message to everyone.

Bring him back as “senior offensive assistant” and then OC next season

Did they save the wrap that was on Wrecks' pickup truck?  They can put it on Daboll's!
