Simple question. Is it Brady’s scheme or the receivers that can’t get open? Watching other teams and you see receivers consistently schemed open. Josh has to run around like a chicken with his head cut off to make a play.

Both are issues.

I think lack of WR talent is the bigger issue, but Brady is below avg in pass scheming as well.

Both guys (Beane and Brady) should be let go after the season.  Unfortunately, we wasted a season on the hopes/dreams of Kincaid, Palmer, Keon, Shakir, and Samuel.

Thats a Beane issue --- but Brady has proven he can't do much with low level talent, which is a concern.

To me its everyone who got contracts! Benford,  Shakir, AJ, Greg Rousseau, even Josh has regressed some.

The only ones I see playing with any type of passion is Bosa. Hoecht was as well, but the Achilles(steroids) took him down.

60% scheme, but Coleman/Shavers suck.

It’s both… the Bills WR suck at getting open and Brady isn’t good at finding ways to get them open.

Both need to be overhauled

Defenses are sitting on our short routes. That part falls on Brady. We must have called mesh 10,000 times this year. The fact that we only have short routes on the menu falls on the WR room.

They aren’t going to fire Beane and keep McDermott.  Both are a package deal.

Both, Brady’s entire offensive schemes aren’t all that imaginative and rather predictive. Our wideouts are really role guys. There isn’t a legit WR1/2 on the roster.

Allen, Cook, Kincaid and a top 5 O-line should give you a very high floor.

What we saw today vs maybe the 3rd worst defense in the NFL should never happen. I don't care if you have 5 Tyrell Shavers at WR.

Curtis Samuel has five targets on the year. Elijah Moore has nine. Knox came into the game with six. Seems like if the current guys getting all the looks aren't producing, perhaps try calling the number of other receivers who have produced in the past.

It’s definitely both. Guys can’t get open, and when you watch replays most plays don’t have guys run more than 12 yards downfield. How is Shakir supposed to work underneath, which is his specialty, when you don’t have other receivers running deep to clear guys out. But also, how can Josh scramble for 6 or 7 seconds and still need to just heave it up and pray a guy catches it most of the time

I dont know.  I think as far as "aligned with contracts" yes, its McBeane.  Meaning both on similar length deals now.

But I think they'd consider making a move if its obvious.  Beane is out over his skis, maybe Terry sees it differently.  But, as of now, its glaring what Beane has missed on.

Very simple question: if Beane wouldve landed a true #1, with either the Kincaid pick (1st rounder) or Keon (2md rounder which was essentially a 1st), would we br having a discussion right now?  Not to mention, hes dumped a sizeable total $ cap into the combo of Shakir, Samuel, Palmer and Knox.

To me thats enough to warrant an Exec Leader Mtg to discuss Beanes future.

We have to see the season ends.  But even if they finish 8-9 Beane is safe IMO.

look at how Terry runs the Sabres.  That will give you clues how he’ll handle Beane/McD
