I hope it's not something that flares up worse after the game. He got High-Lowed and bent back really violently. We are lucky he didn't get a high ankle sprain or worse. Cook doesn't need to practice. They can give him rehab all week and he can play on sunday. I Imagine that is what happens. 2 3 Quote

Against the Fins, AJE usually is the one making the big plays...he is their defensive nemesis to Allen's offensive nemesis. 1 1 Quote

Definitely saw him get up shaking his wrist/arm after a tackle in the KC game, as if he hurt it. He played through because it was pretty early as I recall. I'd definitely have him on a pitch count going forward. 1 Quote

Watching in horror, I imagined ligaments snapping like rubber bands. OK, I was overreacting. But we're very fortunate nothing serious came of it. 1 Quote

Gonna say... a wrist injury for a WR QB DB is much different than a DL... they pretty much put a cast on them and they go... i remember DLs beating people in the head with big ol club arms... clearly can impact ability to grab and tackle... but wouldnt keep him out.. and casted up wouldnt cause a reinjury... Why, if they meet again this year, do you think it will be any different? Something I noticed while watching the game, KC didn't leave anyone in to chip Bosa. Not a single time. Bosa was active in their backfield all night. Somehow I don't think that will be their game plan if we see them again in the playoffs. Just as an example. We all know when it comes to facing KC in games not during the regular season, they are 100% in our heads. That goes for the players, coaches, and the fans. Anyone saying otherwise is fooling themselves. They are the ONLY AFC team I do not want to see in the playoffs. I don't care what their record is how how great the Patriots and Colts have looked so far. KC in the playoffs is our kryptonite. That's pretty obvious even to outsiders and casual fans. Yeah, Reid wanted Mahomes to be physically abused in unprecedented fashion (15 QB hits) and for the Chiefs to drop to 5-4 and 3rd place in the division because he wants to keep things under wraps until the playoffs. There's no way that Reid was holding anything back for "later." 5 hours ago, Johnnycage46 said: What about Cook's play leads you to think we need a 2nd RB this week for this game? 1) Cook is on the Practice Participation report as Did Not Practice due to an ankle injury. 2) The Bills are 9.5 point favorites. 3) Last year Cook averaged 14.94 touches per game. This year he's averaging 20.75 touches per game. 4) Aside from Josh, Cook's the most important player on the team. I don't think there's any question the Bills need to get another running back going for the good of the team and for the good of Cook. Edited 1 hour ago by Sierra Foothills 1 1 1 Quote

I only gave my opinion, that he intentionally held things back and played the game closer to the cuff as to not tip his hat for what he will run in the playoffs. We have posters here who just the other week were saying they hoped Buffalo wouldn't go all out and unload the playbook during the regular season because chances are pretty big we will see them again in the playoffs. If you don't think Reid was holding certain plays back during the game, more power to you. I completely disagree and that's part of what makes message board discord great. Go Bills!!
