The Bills get the one seed and the Chiefs and Ravens don’t win their division. Then that means one of them would come to Buffalo in the divisional round.  Like I said hypothetical as I still think the Ravens win their division but if we’re the one seed we don’t want to see the Chiefs as the 6 or 7. We want the easiest matchups possible 

 

We need Indy to drop a few more games. With their remaining schedule KC is one of the most likely.

 

KC has a lot of losable games left. 

 

There's a world where KC misses the playoffs entirely. I wouldn't get on it, but they are certainly flirting with it.

Seems like a point of emphasis to no longer bend over backwards to protect QBs dancing along the sideline.  Wonder if teams complained about guys like mahomes kinda pretending they’re running out of bounds then taking off down the sideline he’s done that quite a few times 

 

Bryce young got demolished earlier in the day jogging to the sideline but still in bounds

Now obviously the Chiefs could easily run the table but there are challenging games. 
 

The Broncos at home have a chance to almost build an insurmountable gap between them in two weeks. The Colts, while overrated have been extremely good so far, Dallas offense plays like a tank at home and that could be a challenge, Texans have a great defense , then Herbert and the Chargers , then the Broncos again. 

I'm thinking they will be 11-6 at the end of the year.  They will lose a game in the division, and maybe the Colts or Dallas

The biggest thing AJ did was make sure he didn't land with his weight on Mahomes - if he does they throw the flag for sure.  Was great awareness and body control to not do that

Mahommes was clearly in bounds, throwing a pass, not trying to get out of bounds, and Epanesa was already only a yard from him while the ball was still in Mahommes' hand, so I can't see why refs should even consider throwing a flag on that play.

That’s probably the most likely outcome…it’s a bit uncomfy though and playoff football pretty much starts now for them which will take a bit of a toll either way.  Tiebreaker wise if they finish 5-3 instead of 6-2 it might not be enough to get in so the wiggle room is pretty minimal 

they don’t have a ton of layups on the schedule but there aren’t any super tough games either

Same. 

 

Chargers, Titans, Texans and Raiders gets them to 9 wins. Then they would need to find at least 1 win between Broncos twice, Colts or Dallas. 

 

Very doable. The Broncos and Colts have great records but I am not convinced. 

 

Chiefs might not win the division but the Chargers have a tough road ahead too, and the Chargers and Broncos play each other so there are more losses to be had there. 

 

Broncos also play the Jaguars coming up in a "KC wins either way" game.
