I was afraid of this. I figured Beane would see Allen's performance against KC and figure he can do it in the playoffs, especially with Palmer coming back, and he'd say to himself, "My work here is done."

As expected, Bills QB Josh Allen has not been and will not be traded by today's deadline.

I should add:

My cousin's friend's dealer just confirmed that Mahomes, Justin Jefferson, & Barkley will not be traded either.

We might still get Deebo, or someone on that level - but we have a bunch of guys at that level. I'd still like to see a move, but at this point we're just looking at a move for move's sake.

We just lost Rapp, Houcht, and Oliver basically for the season.  WR room is weak. We have Kincaid, cool. LBs are somewhat thin

Funny how they can say we are fine. Isn’t the trade deadline to build your team further? Especially if you want a Super Bowl?!

How are we thin at LB? We have 4 starting level LBs and play only 2 at our base defense (although we use 3 more than in the past). I get that two of them are injury prone but we are still completely fine.

I think Keon would like it because that means he's probably not the slowest guy in the WR room any more.

If we pick up Deebo, Keon is gonna lose a ton of snaps imo.  Even at this stage Deebo is better than keon at everything

pretty much!  lol

All the injuries on defense aren’t Beane’s fault whatsoever, but still…
