I just looked at this years stats for Wilson and they are a little above pedestrian.  But he has Justin Fields throwing him the ball.  So there you go KJ.  Give the Jets our first next year, and lets go.

 

I think Beane is pretty bad with his draft picks.  And I would not be opposed to trading most if not all of our picks for next year to bring in help at WR, DL and LB or DB to give us a great chance to win the bowl.  

Beane isn’t bad with his draft picks, he just doesn’t get the right value out of the first two rounds. So, if you trade out of the first this year, you better have a nice acquisition.

Beane has said hundreds of times that he doesn't like mortgaging the future for current needs.  So Deebo for a late round pick is way more likely than giving up a 1st for anyone.

I just don't think the FO is super compelled to spend draft capital on repacement level players on offense

Yes, Deebo fits Brady’s scheme or whatever we want to call it. But he’s also the type of receiver I don’t want for Josh! We keep being obsessed with these blocking wide receivers!!!! Deebo’s just an overpriced Mack Hollins at this point. I thought folks were overreacting about Josh getting older. But I remember when we had the youngest squad in the league in the playoffs in 2020-2021! Time waits for no man, and the franchise has been blessed that Josh has never had a significant injury. They gotta get that dude a real insurance policy receiver. Somebody that makes all the other guys job much easier. No matter how effective we looked against the Chiefs Sunday, we can’t screen pass our way to the Super Bowl. KC and others will adjust…

I wouldn't hate the Bills trading for Breece Hall and running 2 back sets with him and Cook on the field at the same time then having one of them motion out side and draw a LB in coverage, Brady could figure out creative ways to use him.
