Can we seriously get rid of Samuel already

Its bad enough Curtis cannot get on the field.  But now hes tying up spots on injured reserve.  Another great WR move Beane,.  Why cant Josh have 5 very good WRs?

If your a gambler, watch the start of any hoculi reffed game

Throws flags on the offense on the first drive bet first half under, if throws flags against the defense bet the first half over

The dude massages the first half over/unders like crazy. Check the flag discrepancy he throws between halves

This is interesting. Definitely gonna watch this!

I wouldnt mind Samuel if he was on a modest salary, and that's the same for Knox. The money is just too big.

When you factor in last season and the playoffs Samuel is probably the 2nd WR on the current roster behind Shakir that Allen trusts the most.  Probably not a great thing.

The Curtis Samuel journey has been another gamble that will probably not pay off.

IMO Beane should know that players like this (and guys like Knox) would have signed for $1M-$1.5M AAV less and been happy to be here.

In no way am I a Beane hater like is prevalent recently on this board, BUT I do believe he is a little too loose with the signing money.

I think he missed the train on players who would have signed here to play with Josh for a little less than going elsewhere.

A few bucks here and there could have freed enough cash for another impact player or two.

I apologize for commenting like this in a game week thread, but it seems the thread has turned into this.

Tepper is exactly what they deserved, though.

The fanbase ran Richardson out on a rail. Tepper is pure hot garbage and it's wonderful.

I used to have respect for Richardson based on him being the first NFL player to become an NFL owner. But he was really a piece of work too.

For as beautiful and impressive as that stadium was, i don't think i understood a single word that came over the PA.

Hmmm... I understand the concessions at Mercedes Benz are very inexpensive... that goes for the beer too?

They aren't great... but they're very fast.

They are PERFECT for what Reid and Mahomes want to do. Different kinds of speed and quickness and RAC and possession guys who can attack every part of the field. RB is that offense's only average-to-meh group, imho. Could see KC drafting a TE and/or RB on Day One or Day Two. Or of course a CB or S or DT. So...really narrowing it down here.

Time to wheel out the new heavily tweaked Defense and dominate.

I cant watch the game , but expecting a solid win !

But enough about Hoecht and Ogunjobi...

Why can't he have at least one?

Sunday game time cannot get here soon enough.  I am antsy for football. Time to right the ship.

It was hard for me and many fans not to be discouraged after the last 2 games we saw

Winning will salve the fan base.  At least until the next ugly loss.

I hope they can put together a run and gain momentum towards the post season

I'm very  hopeful that will be the case..

GO BILLS

This is a great test for the coaching staff in my opinion. Coming off 2 losses where you got both outplayed and outcoached. You had a bye week and now you go on the road against an improved but still mediocre team. You have the 2 suspended players coming back and likely a few other difference makers coming back from injury. If you can't get it done on Sunday, it's going to be a long season.

5 very good WRs? Maybe because they pay Josh a bazillion dollars? Not defending Beane, but once you have to give the bag to your franchise QB it gets a lot tougher

The Cowboys manage to give Dak both Cee-Dee and Pickens. Burrow has Chase and Higgins. Hurts has Brown and Smith. Shakir is a nice receiver, but he isn't a #1. Kincaid is developing into a good player, but he isn't elite yet. Beane has failed to give Josh elite level weapons in the WR/TE group. Even Kelly had Reed and Lofton. The Bills offense can't just be the Allen and Cook show.

Right, but the quote was "5 very good WRs"...

Five? I would be happy if we had one. Even just one elite level WR for the Bills would make a big difference for this offense.

Agreed.

I think it also provides a great barometer to help determine the best course of action for the remainder of this season -- and the next week heading up to the trade deadline in particular. That is, is this team as good as we thought/hoped going into the season where a single big move (like trading a future first round pick for a bona fide #1 WR) is in play -- or is the team really much further from that level, requiring too many pieces to seriously go "all in" for 2025.
