I agree. Waddle IS a diference maker. He would draw extra coverage and free up some of our current receivers. Josh would hit him with strikes and he would waltz into the endzone.

I care more about first round picks than other more knowledgable posters, but I would give up a first rounder in a split second for Waddle.

Miami is a long way away too.  Losing waddle to the Bills, when they have a long rebuild needed, seems trivial.

I think Waddle is very unlikely. With Tyreek out, they need someone at WR and trading to us would have implications potentionally for next 4-5+ years. Saints eg seem like a much more plausible trading partner.

 

We need to do something for sure!!  Go Bills.

We had MVS who seemingly was able to get deep for a 50+ yard TD every game for 3-4 games with New Orleans after he left us...based on me watching in game update highlights of him catching a long bomb for a TD week after week and wondering why the hell we couldn't figure out how to use him for that.

 

And also did the same thing with GB and KC.

 

We simply don't use deep receivers like that enough...we have burners like Moore and Samuel on the team already and they aren't used that way.

I wouldn't give them that much credit. I think Kraft thought he was outsmarting everyone by hiring Mayo. Mayo had it in his contract he would be elevated if BB left. Vrabel getting fired was not expected and I think Kraft knew he had to wait at least a year before getting him

Keon is from Florida, and younger.  Keon and a draft pick for Waddle- my ideal trade this year

This narrative that Josh can’t throw deep is ridiculous.  John Brown was a great fit.  Robert Foster showed how speed opens up the field.  Plodding Gabe caught many deep passes from Josh.  So spare me Josh can throw deep

I think Moore has a solid skill set but 0 football iq after watching that game Monday haha falcons could just blitz all night because some of those WRs that never really play had absolutely no idea how to adjust their routes 

 

even our straight up JAGs would’ve been open a ton if they at least knew what they were doing 😂 if we can’t get a big fish adding a pretty good wr with a little bit of common sense could still help a bunch

Our WRs had no idea how to make themselves QB friendly was quite apparent.

 

Our DBs got to their landmarks, and guarded grass.  They didn’t adjust depth to where WRs were actually parking.

 

Do our coaches teach basic football?  Or our WRs and DBs that stupid?  Or is it a combination?

Looking at the options available via trade is pretty damn depressing. The Bills WR room is just pathetic. 
 

Why didn’t they make a move for Pickens? An absolute steal for Dallas, but, alas, he is not a process guy. 
 

This team will make the playoffs, get dumped and it’ll be rinse repeat until Josh retires or demands a trade out west.  I don’t see Pegula ever firing McBean. And seeing the dumpster fire that is the Sabres I don’t trust him to do any better.
