This is as straight forward as it gets. Using all the information we have. Do you think the Bills will ever win a Super Bowl with this guy as our head coach? Doesn’t mean this year. Just ever? Yes or No?

No. The identity he has constructed for this team requires the offense to essentially be close to perfect for long stretches both in games and over the course of a season to consistently win.  Tough to do over a playoff run, though they were halfway there in 2021 before you-know-what happened.

Not with McDermott as the HC,  he is a sneaky narcissist and can handle seeing another big name defensive cordinator coming in to fix our biggest issue.  I also believe he still believes in run first offence which holds back of team. I will say that if i was a team that was rebuilding and have not made the playoffs in years then he would be one of the first guys i look at hiring.

Never. I don't think even with a change at HC and front office, that Allen ever gets one with the Bills. This team is cursed.

Maybe if the Bills have pristine health going into the playoffs and every opponent loses all of their running backs, their CB1 and their WR1 the week prior to playing the Bills.

Allen would need to throw for 350-400 yards, 4 TD's minimum per game, and zero turnovers. 

 

The other team would need to turn it over at least twice.

He would be perfect for the Dolphins or Jets. Teams that need a HC to change the losing culture. They both know him very well being in the AFCE.

I think it's possible, maybe even over 50%, but it won't be because of McDermott's defensive mind.
