Best Williams Available Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Maybe the Keon hype train during training camp stemmed from the fact he was going against what is now known to be sub par Bills CB talent? 1 Quote

I think Keon has been battling thru the groin still, as is Shakir with his high ankle to some degree. Keon stats reflect an ascending player, keeping in mind he is super young still. Obviously has maturity issues, which hopefully improve. I also think hes been "held" ALOT. Its not getting called, so maybe there's something he can do differently, but every game this year its occurred multiple times. He and Josh are not fully on same page yet with back shoulder throws. He was on the 2nd one, but Josh put that first one in a horrible spot (might be Keon to blame as well for not getting to his spot quick enough). He needs to use his physicality more , so much potential there, its been inconsistent. Thats his path to success. I'd also like to see him out of the slot more , but mostly Kincaid filling that big slot now. I'd also like to see Keon on downfield crossers. We dont run enough of these route combos. And sending Keon to the post. Have we ran any post patterns this year, by the way? Bradys route combos are not great IMO Quote

People are hyper focused on him bc he's our guy and saying Drafting him was a mistake. But when you compare him to all of the other top options we could have went with - his numbers are better than practically everyone, especially when you consider Slots weren't what we were in the market for: Keon Coleman - 21 receptions, 226 yards, 2 TDs Xavier Worthy (injured for 2 games) - 11 receptions, 125 yards, 0 TD Ricky Pearsall (Slot) - 21 receptions, 327 yards, 0 TD Xavier Legette - 6 receptions, 39 yards, 1 TD Ladd McConkey (Slot) - 21 receptions, 213 yards, 1 TD Ja'Lynn Polk (Traded to the Saints with a 7th for a 6th) - Inactive all year Adonai Mitchell - 7 receptions, 137 yards, 0 TD Malachi Corley (Slot, Cut by Jets and signed to Browns Practice Squad) - Inactive all year Jermaine Burton - Inactive all year Roman Wilson (Slot) - 1 reception, 7 yards, 0 TD Luke McCaffrey (Slot) - 7 receptions, 146 yards, 2 TDs Troy Franklin - 21 receptions, 231 yards, 1 TD Edited 22 minutes ago by BillsFanForever19 1 Quote

The Eagles fans overrate Hurts (who is good), some Miami fans with Tua (who isn’t good) and we have Keon truthers. Since the draft they’ve hoped/believed that he would be something that he isn’t. That’s not fair to him. He was never going to be “the guy.” He has too many holes for that. He’s a role player and the 4th option on a good offense. I don't doubt what you say. What are his holes? Why draft him #33 (beginning of 2d round) if he's only WR4? Seems like domeone dropped the ball here (and it wasn't Coleman). Quote

Partially yeah. I remember being hype seeing multiple times that he was winning against Benford. In hindsight it’s not as impressive seeing how Benford has played this year. Quote
