Beane has been a bigger problem than McDermott.

And Brady has, overall, been pure ass this season.

I don’t think McDermott is elite by any means and I’ve been critical of a lot of his decision making throughout his tenure.

But take a look at this defensive backfield.

When you’re forced to put Tredavious White on the field … AS YOUR BEST OPTION …

Your GM has failed miserably.

This list of that caliber players is far too long for this to be a Super Bowl contending team.

That’s not McDermott’s fault.

That's an end of season question right?  I'd have preferred Belichik or Vrabel over the clapping shiitthead.   Need to see whose available end of season.

Bill Belichick the guy who has never won anything without Tom Brady.  The guy who is getting his lunch stolen in college.  Great idea.

I heard this thing this morning and almost spit my coffee out........."McD is the NFL's James Franklin".

And now i can't un-hear it.

Vrabel is literally McD but punts on 4th and 1 instead of going for it.

Vrabel is McD except Vrabel gets to the AFCCG with Ryan Tannehill and McD gets there with Josh.

As perhaps the founding member of the anti-McDermott crowd, even I'm going to say this was more on the players.

Pretty sure Palmer has been coached to line up correctly.  He just didnt do it. Josh threw into double coverage not McDermott.  And who else is he going to play at CB#2. I was laughed at when Douglas was still available and I suggested bringing him back. He was never as bad last year as White is now. Same for Cooper. He made more plays in limited action last year than Shavers will his entire career.

And for the it will be better when Hairston comes back crowd, please remember he wasn't beating out White in OTAs or training camp.

Ok last points. Beane's extensions are really mixed right now. Shakir is not getting enough targets. Rousseau has been terrible. Benford hasn't made a play all year. Bernard has been up and down. Only Cook and Brown have played well with the new contracts. Palmer has been gross too as a free agent signing.

You act like McD wasn’t in love with the feel good story of bringing Tre White home.

There’s no chance he wasn’t 100% on board with that decision.

McDermott has never won anything WITH Josh Allen.

We don’t need a coach who can win without Josh. We have Josh.

We do need a coach who can win with a great QB. We don’t have that.

After many many threads in the last few years about McD, it’s very clear that the 90% of us wish a change.

I wish a change too and my first reason is beyond schemes or poor game decisions made, or games approach… those are obviously very valid points, many times McD failed in all of them, most of the times in crucial game moments…  but to me another big one is because that veteran players need a new voice, new challenges… to be looking for new motivation.

The new coach should have a strong personality, should be tough and assertive… someone like McVay, Gruden, Siriani.

Unfortunately i know that this won’t happen anytime soon…. i’m just disappointed and angry at the same time because we are wasting our Josh Allen’s era.

Yep and then in 8 years we'll be in qb purgatory again.

Belichick would have been great hire a couple years ago but he’s damaged goods now.

Jim Harbaugh would have been a great hire after he left Michigan.

At this point I’d take anyone just because the team isn’t going anywhere with McD in charge.

Sean Peyton would’ve been the hire

I agree they need a new voice.

Just watch hard knocks and you could see that.

However, in no universe does he get fired after the season imo, so it’s irrelevant to even talk about.

No way Pegula will fire him and Beane. Look at the Sabres.

This needs a poll

Why? It’s already been decided:

“it’s very clear that the 90% of us wish a change.”

All it took was one loss. This place is amazing. Some of our fans are as bad as those uniforms.

You don’t think McD has a strong personality?  That’s amusing.

Disagree on the uniforms. Those look good. Penn State should take notes from the Bills on how to do a white out. Fans wear white and the team wears white. Nothing says white out like a Penn State white out where the fans wear white and the teams runs onto the field in their home dark blue jerseys.

I’ll tell you one thing and I’m not afraid to say it, but I don’t think Brady is the answer at OC. Why are we clipping the wings of Josh Allen ? The Bills looked more afraid of Drake Maye last night than the other way around.

He has never won without an elite QB. No. But the Bills have one so that wouldn't be an issue here.

The issues are:

He would be 74

He seems distracted with a gf 50 years younger

Does he want to return to the NFL?
