I mean we were converting 1st and 15/20s pretty regularly all night lol cut out one of the stupid turnovers and that’s an easy win even with a hilarious amount of penalty yardage on offense

guys were running free all over the place predominantly TEs…Josh just got antsy and kept scrambling into pressure in the first half like he was back in year two

Pats d did a nice job on that final drive for sure…probably a bit fortunate to avoid that pi call though but it was questionable enough where they let it go.  Bills bailed out that pats defense the whole first half though

Ok

I'm not going to comment on scrambling into pressure or guys running free all over the place before I get to see the all22

Just saying how it looked on broadcast

Johnson was way worse than White.

He wasn't nearly as good as those stats suggest. Most of his throws were checkdowns that the Bills missed a bunch of tackles on.  He made only a couple of nice throws all night. The rest were checkdowns or great plays by receivers.

Yea I was gonna say…those stats are masking a massive three and out where he flushed early and took a sack on third down

Quality is worse than Zapruder but the Patriots defender was assaulting Shakir before the ball got there.

You can see the ball in the air in this photo, and the Patriot blob of pixels on Shakir’s blob of pixels.

Even in real time the defender had clearly gotten there early. I don't like to blame officials for losses but this was egregious. Especially with how they were calling the game prior to this. If it's a penalty for the first 58 minutes it's a penalty in the final 2. I hate these officials that call every minor infraction but turtle up in crunch time.

Until this moment I actually felt very confident we were going to win. Even when we were down by 10. We had that one TD drive aided by 30 yards worth of roughness calls and I thought okay we're the 2024 Chiefs this year, we'll play like crap for 55 minutes but the other team will make mistakes and we'll find a way to pull it out. The 2024 Chiefs get that DPI, we didn't. And that was the ball game.

Cole had some miscues....Rapp late a few times...when you give another team over 90 percent completion percentage in a half, cant get much worse...the back 5 were bad.

Taron Johnson and Christian Benford being very very average this year is masked by the absolute dumpster fire that Tre White has been.

Tre should never have returned. Taron and Christian are absolutely baffling me as to how mediocre they are. And let's not forget our weak ass safeties.  Rapp must be replaced after this season.  If our front 7 doesn't pick up the pressure,  these poor dbs don't stand a chance. Especially in this zone.

The DL was all over Maye and it didn’t matter. Diggs was 12/14 for 150 yards. Basically two things can be true: Diggs won’t play like this all year, and Maye won’t get so lucky all year.

Diggs played great today but let’s not think a guy about to turn 32 will do that all year. For starters the Bills coverage is bottom league and second Mad Max might actually be good.

Yep. Tre is a shell of himself. He was constantly 3 steps behind Diggs all night. Frankly, he's been subpar for most of this season. And I like the guy. But his playing sucks.

I can't believe we brought him back, let alone starting this season.

2024 chiefs were on the defensive side of that and got the no call against Atlanta and were on the offensive side of it and got the pi against cincy in back to back weeks last year haha

One week everyone was like ‘well they let the defense play late’ then the other week they were like ‘well obviously pi is the right call there’ 😂 insane

I wonder what Josh will say about the fans hanging around today? That arrogant comment post Ravens was stupid and was always going to come back to haunt. He needs to decide if he wants to be a salesman or a QB. He can't be both.

Oh my goodness. There were certainly things to criticize Allen about in this game like that horrible int. But criticizing him about that comment? Dang that’s harsh. lol

Haven't read through the whole thread but here is the post game Josh and McD interviews in case anyone wants to see them and hasn't.

It does seem like even some of our good players have regressed this year.

I miss the production of a #1 WR

He still isn’t one…wasn’t one his last year+ in Buffalo either.  Seemed like he had that one nice improvised deep ball and then ran the same little hitch route the whole rest of the game

had a great game but it was pretty much a role that any of our army of slot guys could’ve performed lol

I’m not saying we should or shouldn’t be dooming about kc necessarily but it’s disheartening.  we’ve had the ball down 3 with one offensive drive to win the last two playoff matchups with them…do people really not think we can’t pull that kind of game off?

The way it gets talked about here you’d think our defense gave up 100 points and we got blown out every time lol

Well, Reid and Co seem to outcoach us in the rematch every time. The Bills always need a few more plays in the end than they are able to get. Do they need to lose the first matchup one of these times to prevail in the seemingly obligatory rematch ? Just somehow through happenstance avoid the Chiefs altogether ? KC did manage to get around 10 points more than their season long ppg average vs the Bills defense in the title game. I don’t know what the answer is, but when they consistently lose the playoff game, perhaps it’s best if some other team is able to knock them off. Easier said than done , I suppose.

Don’t hold anyone accountable for the stupid things they posted in the 30 minutes following the game. Except the one guy who insulted my son. He can go to hell.

It's funny that we now see this kind of game as a "bad" Allen game.  He made some pretty ridiculous plays, and brought us back from another 2 score deficit in the 4th.  He made some mistakes, but man is he good.

Another fun thing - watching Pats fans celebrate online as wildly as they are.  And I mean it -that's a fun thing.  Because would you ever have imagined in the 1st couple of decades of this century that they'd feel that way about beating Buffalo in week 5 of an NFL season?

The turntables, and all that.

Averaging 10+ penalties per game against us where league average is 6.4.....I'll never trust this clown.

2024 Chiefs literally got that exact DPI vs the Bengals in the regular season.
