Yeah and I live in Florida... if he initiated this they would be throwing the book at Sanchez... that said I havent seen the surveillence video... who knows the old guy coulda got crazy and pulled a knife on him for all I know and Sanchez was defending himself... i think they have a video, I havent seen it, but I am certain it will tell the tale... I don't know about other states but Florida also has the charge of "assault on a person 65 or older"... 1 Quote

My gut tells me that he was completely in the wrong, I havent seen the surveillence video so I try to reserve judgement... so many times I have assumed and made the a$$ U Me mistake...so I take a measured approach with my opinion... but I trust you here, gonna go look for it... Then its involuntary. Await the tox screen which is back in about 2 hours in any hospital but for whatever reason is not released for weeks from the police. Quote
