Tomorrow (Lions/Ravens) is an awesome MNF game.

That doubleheader on the 29th? Yikes!!!!

Jets@Dolphins

Burrow-less Bengals@Denver

Impossible to know in advance Burrow wouldn't be starting. But it's still a dog.

Yeah the Bengals/Broncos at least before the season looked like a solid game to throw on Monday night. I don't know how they thought Jets/Dolphins was.

Speaking of announcers, in today's Broncos-Chargers game, analyst and former NFL QB Trent Green said that he thinks Justin Herbert is the best quarterback in the NFL.

Needless to say, I was shocked.

Herbert went 28-49 today through a pick and was sacked 5x.

Denver had 9 first downs in the game.

They were 2/13 on 3rd down.  They had the ball only 23 minutes.

But were up 17-13 early in the 4th when Payton and Nix proceeded to vomit the game away.

I’m suppose there’s some unconscious misogyny slipping in here, but her voice is terribly nasal and irritating to me.  Paired with Ross Tucker, who sounds like a moron (although I know he isn’t), this is by far the worst announcer pairing out there.

Interesting that a FOX crew is announcing the international game…I guess that’s fallout from Eisen’s move to ESPN because typically those games get he and Warner.
