All the making of a letdown game, Ravens lite someone said. Defense needs to step WAY!!!!!!!!!!! up.  Another nail bitter I fear.

I don't see a letdown game. We barely got out of the Ravens game so no reason to be cocky at all, esp. When the Defense gets is collective @$$3$ reamed watching game film. No one other than Oliver can be truly pleased with their performance on D.

You know they spent at least 3 hours in that film room getting chewed out. I almost felt the earth move from McDermott's yelling all the way here in Cincinnati.

I hope the front office is talking about how to improve decision making on when to challenge and not challenge calls this week. We were not good at that last year. I assume someone is in a booth watching video and radioing to McD on whether to throw the challenge flag or not. But we made a big error that fortunately didn't affect the outcome of the game by not challenging where the ball was spotted on that Josh run and slide.

An area the team can very much improve on that doesn't involve any of our players getting better.

I hope they spent part of the 3 hours telling Walker to block inside-out on field goals.

Until they show they can stop the run, expect to see teams try and run it down our throats... This week that'll be Breece Hall.

Hopefully they burn the Defensive game plan they used against the Ravens and never use it again.

The Bills always struggle in Jersey against the Jets. I fully expect us to be in a battle until the end against them. Sometimes we pull it out and sometimes we don't. I'm still not worried about Fields throwing the ball all over the field. We have to stop Hall and Fields running the football. If Fields goes off down the field on us i'll be absolutely shocked.

How cheap do you think WalMart is?  at 75% the price of Wegman's, that's still going to be 30 points Josh will have to beat next week.

of our next 8 opponents, only the bucs won. and we play them in week 11.

Jets lost

dolphins lost (2 games)

saints lost

patriots lost

falcons lost

in there is a bye week.

Overall our opponents were 4-13 in week 1.  Winners were Philly Tampa Cinci and Steelers.

Maybe tomorrow I will mess around and see what I get with week 1 opponents record vs week 17 records.

The Jets are lead by a smart guy who isn't fooling around. @Simon  Stated earlier they also have a damn solid OC that is working to that teams strengths.  Allen always seems to have issues at their place so there is reason to be slightly concerned.  The Jets aren't going to be playing like the Jests much longer I think.

I would love to know the percentage of games that people said have the makings of a letdown game actually becoming a letdown game 😂. Feels like it gets said every time we play someone bad and it hardly ever happens

I think they will trend upwards eventually (unfortunately) but it’s probably gonna take them awhile to get in a groove with the new defensive scheme. It’s probably good we got the road game early

An OC that put up 42 on us.

The OC and the guy that called those plays is the head coach in Chicago. Who knows what role a "passing game coordinator" plays.

The best example was the Rams game last year, when the Bills had clinched the division the week before. Also, what in the heck happened in that Jags game?

Ben Johnson got fired by the Bears last night? Didn’t realize that…

Yep... stay up with social media lol.

I meant the Jets did hire the passing game coordinator from the Lions

That was an odd game…pretty sure we held them to 14 until late in the third.  Mightve been a case of us goin a bit vanilla too early.  We were up like 35-14 or something tail end of the 3rd
