Weather delay is more commercials.  I dont think NBC is complaining, bet the NFL beats what  Fallon gets in same spot.

So that Eagles tush push had refs running in with two different spots, but they went with the one that gave the first down. On the replay it looked like it was actually short.

Dallas is getting close to stopping the tush push.

It almost seems you bring a safety down to blitz off the edge and hit the pusher.  
Hurts was a full yard stopped before the tight end pushed him forward.

On the one before the successful one it looked like he got stopped behind the line and one of the refs had him short, but the other gave him the first.

I don’t think he got the first one, it was a bad spot. Aren’t they doing the chip in the ball thing now?

The ref that had it short was actually the correct one in that case, but the guy at the top of the screen was waving for the chains to move, first down. Don't know why he had authority there, or maybe he just took control.

 

The tech to spot the ball is still faulty though, it only measures where the ref placed it, not the tip of the ball’s farthest gain.
