KOKBILLS Posted August 18 Posted August 18 The way the Bills Defense bites on misdirection is an Offensive coaches wet dream... 2 1 1 Quote

They also drafted Sky Moore. Just speaking of "game breakers." The Ravens drafted Justice Hill, and JK Dobbins. Spent a 1st on Rashod Bateman. Again, despite your nonsense, no fact providing posts, the Bills GM is not bad at drafting. He does a fantastic job finding good players in all rounds that are near pro bowl or pro bowl level talents. He also makes bad picks, which happens in the draft. Especially when you did such a good job drafting a QB that you're constantly in the later rounds of the playoffs and as consequence pick late in the draft. Still has not found a star or player who is elite at his position and that is why Josh needs to do so much for this team to win 2 Quote

The only starters they added are Bosa and TreyWhite (who has looked shaky). You see the depth tonight. No changes in staff or philosophy. Where is the improvement going to come from? because most of them haven't even seen the field in full capacity yet. Probably 40-50% of the starters played last week (on the 1st drive) and none have played this week. Quote
Nelius Posted August 18 Posted August 18 Peak Hyde/Poyer was a rarity. It’s not really common for teams, many get by with step-ups and journeymen. Yes this reads like cope but there’s truth to it, you don’t need two killers at safety despite the obvious luxury. Few teams have it Quote

They are not running their defense tonight. They are just running basic plays/coverages and seeing how the players handle it. they have changed in philosophy and staff however this year. Db coach and defensive line assistant technically. none of this stuff tonight has anything to do with how the team will look in the regular season Quote
Niagara Dude Posted August 18 Posted August 18 I think White is a perfect example of looking good because of soft zones Mcdermott likes to. Just look at White last season , with teams that play man and tight coverage Quote

Ralonzo Posted August 18 Posted August 18 Calling holding will no longer be a thing in this game. For the Bears anyway. Quote

They've beat the Bills two years a row in the playoffs by a combined 6 points and have lost to them two years straight in the regular season. They are not head shoulders, and torso better. Quote

The HC, DC, and scheme are the same as far as I’ve heard. Where did you hear that they made changes? Quote
