Single game tickets on secondary sites

Don’t listen to any of these guys. Buy the ticket in whatever time frame makes you comfortable. Now is probably early, if the price drops closer it gets, just pull the trigger. Take the stress out of it.

I was surprised by the number of Cardinals fans I saw at the opener, and I mentioned it to some of them. They all basically said “Have you seen how friggin’ hot it is where we live? It’ll kill ya! We saw Buffalo on the schedule and that sounded good, so here we are!”  🤣

They thought they were trading the frying pan for an ice bath coming to “Buffalo”. We were all sweating, but I TOTALLY get it.  I guess Bills fans attend in droves in Miami in the winter, even when we stuck, for similar reasons.

In the Josh Allen era, the most opposing fans i’ve seen in person were for the Vikings (the game voted “best game” of that NFL season). Many of the Vikes fans i met came down from Canada. They must have the second largest fan base up there behind the Bills!

 

The other was sadly Bengals fans taking over the joint for the playoff debacle. That was awful.

Then you'll pay more. 

 

There are thousands of tickets still available for that game. There will be hundreds more when people decide they don't feel like going the week or two before because who knows why.

 

This is a game season ticket holders will list their tickets for a high vaalue price toward the game because the saints don't travel well but maybe they'll get lucky and someone will pay them double the cost. If it's the Steelers, browns, packers, or teams that travel STH will list higher than that in hopes of going. But the Saints game will likely be no interest and full of regular STH. 

 

You could get lower bowl inside the 35's for less than $160 with a good deal and potentially under $120 hours before kickoff.

For those that don't think I'm serious. StubHub sells 30 minutes after the event begins. An algorithm drops the price of the tickets every 30 seconds. A $300 ticket at kickoff will be $60 at 25 minutes.

Plus an increase for the new stadium plus ticket owners building in the price of their psl into the ticket price plus general inflation and you will see how many people will be loving Pegula. He increases his net worth by  billions while screwing New York State and the fans. Oh. And no dome so freezing temperatures and snow will still be there.

You guys whining about the weather in the fall are nuts! My birthday is in the second week of November and for as far back as I can remember over these 70 some years I've been around the weather has historically been pretty much nice during the first half of November. I've relocated some snow on Halloween more than once and then cooked out on the patio just a few days later! Other than a few unpredictable short-lived storms over the years the REAL crappy weather that's here to hang around for a while doesn't arrive until mid to late December.

I had decided not to go to this game a few months ago when some friends bought tickets, but now may want to go with them, just get a single ticket.

 

But, yeah, I was shocked by the prices!  Thought there would be mega tickets, so lotsa cheap ones--it is New Orleans!

 

No time right now, but scanned over the thread and saw some of the reasoning. Makes sense.

 

Question to all--are there folks selling tickets at the game anymore? Haven't needed that in years, so don't know.  And  am I likely to get a ticket for 100 or so?

Nope, no one selling in person outside  the gates anymore.

 

I’d say it’s unlikely to find tickets for $100 each (even in the 300s) unless you wait til riiiiiight before kickoff or even shortly after.

The most I've seen is when they play Pittsburgh. Fortunately, the last time I was there for one of those was the huge beatdown we gave them early in the season a couple years back (the Gabe Davis 98-yard special).
