GunnerBill Posted 18 hours ago Posted 18 hours ago It's time to show your hand folks! As ever 4 from the Bills and 4 from the rest of the NFL. And try to make them at least somewhat BOLD. Last year we had a ton of "X team will win the division" and unless you are predicting a multiple (i.e. forecasting multiple division winners) OR you are projecting like a worst to first scenario I'm not going to accept a division winner prediction as bold. As ever, I'll do a bit of a review on who did the best after the season. Here's mine: Rest of NFL - The Atlanta Falcons to lead the league in sacks; - The Kansas City Chiefs to lead the league in offense and Patrick Mahomes to throw at least 40 touchdown passes; - The San Francisco 49ers to miss the playoffs again and at least one of Kyle Shanahan or John Lynch to be fired; - The Indianapolis Colts to end up the #1 overall pick leading to an interesting draft declaration decision for a certain Mr Manning...... 👀 Bills - Spencer Brown to be voted as at least a second team all-pro; - Josh Allen to complete over 70% of his passes in the regular season for the first time in his career; - Matt Milano to beat his previous career high of 3.5 sacks in a season; - The Bills to earn the #1 seed and host the AFC Championship game at home. Flame away and add your own! 2 1 1 Quote

Ethan in Cleveland Posted 16 hours ago Posted 16 hours ago Rest of NFL: Chargers win AFC West Browns start 0-12 finish 3-14 Rams miss playoffs and McVay retires Chase leads NFL in receiving yards with 1850 Mike McDaniel is first coach fired Bills: Cook signs extension a few days before season opener Brown is voted second team All-pro RT Shaq Thompson makes the 53 and plays some meaningful minutes during the year Both PED cheats are cut and don't make the final 53 roster 1 Quote

boyst Posted 15 hours ago Posted 15 hours ago Bills: Tre starts the season - gets injured at some point and Hairston plays ok but Tre returns by the playoffs Tre has one of the best years of his career prior to injury Bills DL has an impressive combined sack total Ed Oliver does not James Cook goes off and prices himself off of the Bills - 2k yards from scrimmage as said Bills #1 seed - Josh Allen back to back MVP Non-Bills Chiefs offense is electric and scores 30+ every game; Kelce doesn't show up until playoffs Defense is strong but can't match the octane of their offense Chargers and Broncos just can't match them but both neck and neck to playoffs and knock Chiefs out of playoffs Ravens struggle against division foes, Steelers don't make the playoffs but beat them once Bengals win AFC Bills win East - Dolphins fire McDaniel after we beat them 2nd time Jets start strong and peter out Patriots come out looking strong (Raiders, @Dolphins, Steelers, Panthers, @Bills, @Saints) starting 4-2, maybe 5-1! then struggle: 0-3 (Browns, Falcons, @Bucs) before another high and low surge 4-3(Jets, @Bengals, Giants, Bills @Ravens, Jets, Dolphins) finishing 9-8 Rams make a push and do enough to push into playoffs while the rest of their division struggles MHJ suffers in Arizona, Seattle is a mess, SF is a dumpster fire NFC is dominated by the Eagles, Redskins slump and Cowboys make playoffs in a last/late season push, Giants we don't care about Elam gets knob slobbered in Dallas Eagles don't dominate playoffs as the wheels of the high octane power runs out and Sirianni goes back to being the typical mismanaging self NFC North has the Lions still making the playoffs, noodle arm Minnesota team struggles with a kid who had a terrible college career (if you can even call that school college), Chicago still trying to find its way and legs and Green Bay just being Green Bay. NFC South - skip 1 Quote

Likewise with anyone but the Bills winning the AFC East. That's it, though. I agree with the AFCE part, but for the AFCW Broncos and Chargers both made the playoffs last year, hard to call it bold. I get that it would be new so a little surprising but I wouldnt go as far as bold thats just me though, not worth debating as I can see the merits of your side too. In short, agree with your overall premise. 🍻 1 Quote
NewEra Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago The chiefs are better than ever…. But the Bills are too and win the Super Bowl.   nothing else matters 1 Quote
MiltonWaddams Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago Rest of the league: Daboll and Schoen fired after a 2-10 start CJ Stroud sacked the most times in league history Travis Hunter finishes with under 500 receiving yards Bills Groot finally gets double digit sacks No wr goes over 1000 yards, but Josh still throws for 4500 yards Ray Davis leads team in TDs 1 Quote
BuffaloBillyG Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago (edited) Rest of league: Daboll is first coach fired this season. He doesn't make it past week 6. Baker Mayfield is firmly in the MVP conversation. Denver will push KC for the AFCW. They will fall just short, however will beat the Chiefs in the Wild Card round. Patriots beat out Steelers in final week for last AFC Wild Card spot. Tomlin and Steelers "mutually agree" to part ways. Bills Specific: Joey Bosa stays healthy. Ends season with 12.5 sacks. James Cook sees TD numbers cut in half AND misses 1,000 yards rushing. Still leads team in rushing yards. Dalton Kincaid proves last year was down due to PCL tear. Ends up over 75 catches, over 700 yards. Josh Allen posts better numbers than last season but loses out on a second straight MVP award to Mahomes. Josh does however, win Super Bowl MVP Edited 14 hours ago by BuffaloBillyG 1 Quote
uticaclub Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago Not Bills Daniel Jones has a decent year in Indy and ruins their chance of drafting Arch Manning Denver or LA win the AFC West. KC is a wild card Aaron Rodgers is in the MVP race until the wheels fall off in late December. Bills Win the division but lose to KC at home in the wild card with no major off-season changes. 1 Quote

If the Bills were to lose at home in the WC round, I think that would put McDermott on the hot seat and possibly even fired. That would be a very disappointing ending to the Bills season if it happened. Quote

Walking Tall Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago (edited) Rest of NFL: Jayden Daniels suffers a sophomore slump and Commanders miss the playoffs. The Browns start 4 different QB’s on their way to next years #1 overall pick. The Jaguars surprise everyone and win the AFC South. Brian Daboll is the first HC fired in 2025. Bills: Ed Oliver puts up double digits sacks on his way to an All-Pro season. T-Bass is perfect on the season from inside of 50 yards. The Bills defense returns to a top 5 overall unit. Josh Allen has over 40 TD passes. The Bills beat the Chiefs, Bengals and Rams to win their first ever Lombardi trophy. Edited 14 hours ago by Walking Tall Quote
