Special K Posted July 20 Posted July 20 (edited) This is the 4th and final Over/Under question for this season......I'll be sure to bring them all back toward the end of the regular season to see how we all did...... How many combined TD's will Josh Allen have this season?? For context, his best season was 2020, where he had 37 passing TD's and 8 Rushing TD's for a total of 45 combined TD's. Last year, he had 28 passing TD's and 12 Rushing TD's for a total of 40 combined TD's. So.....can he equal or better his career high this season?? My prediction: I think we have all learned never to bet against Josh Allen....although it will be a tough number to reach, I am going with 34 Passing TD's and 12 Rushing TD's for a total of 46 TD's, a second straight MVP, and maybe, just maybe.....a Lombardi Trophy!!! Over!! Go Bills!! Edited July 20 by Special K 1 1 Quote
Cash Posted July 21 Posted July 21 When the line is set at a superstar’s career high, I’m pretty much always going to go Under. No hard feelings if I’m wrong though! 3 Quote
ICanSleepWhenI'mDead Posted July 21 Posted July 21 I'm not a sports bettor, but it looks like the current line at Draft Kings is 27.5 pass TDs, plus 10.5 rush TDs, for a total of 38 TDs combined: https://www.rotowire.com/betting/nfl/player/josh-allen-odds-12483 2 1 Quote

Victory Formation Posted July 21 Posted July 21 I think we have a more complete team this year, thus I think Josh Allen will not need to put up career numbers, he won’t need to.. 3 Quote
BillytheKid Posted July 21 Posted July 21 I would love for him to have over that amount this year and to let him throw the ball more this year. My opinion. I guess he would have had more stats last year if he didn’t miss out on playing 2 full games because of not playing in 4th qtr’s and missing the last game. Still would like to see more touchdown passes and yards this year compared to last and him be able to keep the turnovers down. One thing about last year is Buffalo only had 8 turnovers all year and all 8 were from Josh. Not one other player turned the ball over between running backs, receivers, special teams. Probably not going to be as lucky this year in the turnover department. That’s a crazy stat. Be wonderful if Buffalo could do that again. 2 Quote
Doc Brown Posted July 21 Posted July 21 Always bet the under for season long player props no matter who it is. 2 1 Quote

I agree wholeheartedly. Josh will have to carry this team less than he's ever had to before. 2 Quote

MJS Posted July 21 Posted July 21 I'll go over, but I don't feel confident about it. It's hard to expect a career best year from an MVP. 1 Quote
julian Posted July 21 Posted July 21 The schedule is ripe for a Josh Allen back to back MVP, I’ll go with the over. 1 Quote
GunnerBill Posted July 21 Posted July 21 I'm going just under..... I think slight uptick in passing TDs, slight drop off in rushing TDs 2 Quote
H2o Posted July 21 Posted July 21 I think he's over 40 again, but under 45. I also believe the number of passing TD's increase, while the rushing TD's decrease. I'm thinking 33-35 passing TD's with 7-9 rushing TD's. He will, again, be in the MVP convo. 5 Quote
Gregg Posted July 21 Posted July 21 I will go with around 30 - 35 TD passes. With 5 rushing TDs added to his total. I think he runs less this year, and Cook will have more rushing TDs. Whatever his numbers are I don't really care as long as the Bills win the Super Bowl. Quote
BuffaloBillyG Posted July 21 Posted July 21 I'm going with the over. I see the passing TDs increase a lot this year. And last year I think some of his rushing TDa were funneled to Cook because of Josh's broken hand and trying to protect that. I see rushing TDs go up as well. I think he hits 50 Quote
NoHuddleKelly12 Posted July 21 Posted July 21 Married Josh is in it to win it!! Needs to grab the 2nd MVP and it not be close given the inherent bias against back to back awards, so I think he knows he needs to show out…but key to all this is a step up from the WR corps as well. Quote
