They do not observe Daylight Saving Time, so early in the season they are only one hour ahead of Eastern Time. Perfect for a late DH game here in the US. But Miami (alone) has Brazil as an international home market, so it might. As mentioned earlier, it also has a large Brazilian ex-pat population.
