Even with the o being crappy for a half. You had a 3 point lead and Mac Jones is the opposing QB that is just pathetic.

Where they ahead 25-22 yes or no?

I’m not arguing the defense ultimately cost us the game, but the Allen led offense did nothing for 3 quarters. Again.

We had a nice little run, it’s almost time to revamp this team if we are being honest with ourselves. We are still a mess offensively and the defense can’t get a stop most times when we’ve gotta have it. They won’t let mecerkott go during the season but it’s probably time. Pegula is going to have to let beane go too because beane is not going to fire Sean, they are a package deal. These are my angry and depressed thoughts right after this game

The moves should have been made after last season.

The writing was on the wall but so many refused to see it. Now they see it but it comes at a cost of a wasted season.

Offense was terrible most of the game, but defense needed to get a stop with less than two minutes left (there was a terrible non-call on NE offense), and couldn't do it. They really didn't stop them all day. Sean's defense.

? The bills had the LEAD with 1:50 left and NE HAD to pass. The bills literally made them one dimensional and they couldn’t stop them.

So respectfully, what you are saying doesn’t add up at all

So you didn't see the offense prior?  Something adding up is the sum of all the parts.

Well.  Put Jones, White, Milano, Oliver, and real Miller on the field, and the D is dominant.  Five out of eleven missing.  It's not time to tear it down.  It's time to scratch out a wild card berth and just be glad for that, and draft well next year.  The serious concern is aging.  Poyer, Hyde, and even Milano are getting up there, and Milano might not be back by the start of next season.  But the offense is NOT getting old and should be much better than it is.

I saw it. But at the end of the day they took the lead, made NE one dimensional, and they couldn’t stop mac jones when it mattered most.

Agreed?

There’s no doubt the O sucks.

But I’m sorry, When you have a lead with 1:50 against the worst offence in the league, you have to stop them.

NES offence has played many of defences when key players were injured, it’s not like the bills are the only injured team in the NFL

The point is the defense should have never been in that position in the first place.

They were on the field for more than half the game.

Same as the last two games.

At the end of the day all they had to do was stop them with 1:50, but they couldn’t.

Offence was bad but scored when it mattered most.

Defence was bad throughout and couldn’t stop them when it mattered most

They’re obviously both struggling so it doesn’t make a lot of sense goin back and forth but it does seem like every time the bills punch in a big time momentum changing td the defense completely folds no matter what time in the game it is

I don't disagree the defense wasn't bad but the offense was worse.

Well that was part of my point. Key guys aren’t getting any younger especially defensively and we have no real identity on either side of the ball. You let soft ass Mac jones go right down the field, a team that was 1-5 and going nowhere. Division or not, this was a joke of a loss for a supposed contender

We are somewhat speaking the same language, but at the end of the day you scored 25 points against a BB defence.

Should be more than enough to win when you’re going against a team who averages 12 PPG
