T master Posted 22 hours ago Posted 22 hours ago As it is in any stadium seating there won't be much elbow room they never seem to put that into the equation ... Quote

SoCal Deek Posted 22 hours ago Posted 22 hours ago What I noticed is that this wasn’t just a ceremonial test fit. If you look closely you’ll notice that they have the framework for the entire section’s seats already installed on the precast concrete risers. It’s pretty amazing considering there’s over a year left if the construction schedule. 1 Quote

And I'm sure some are more elaborate. Quote

It sounds like a lot but I can assure you it goes really fast. That’s why I’m amazed to see them going in so early. What the construction team is generally concerned about is breakage if they’re installed too early. It’s the same with all finish materials like glass, cabinets, etc. Quote

Do you think it’s possible they’re far ahead of schedule? Quote

Maybe hard to really tell, but in the video the seat looked small and like it was made of cheap, thin plastic. I thought the downsized seating capacity was partially attributed to having bigger, wider seats (bigger people in 2025). I suspect there’s not much leg room with steeper angles. For $2B I expected a little better quality. Not going to lie, I thought this was going to be about a modern art installation on the ass of Stefon Digg's MET outfit. Quote

Seats and bathrooms are likely the top 2 amenities fans that I personally think about when judging a stadium. Yes it is. Those are typical seats installed in every new stadium and the people complaining about them in this thread are ridiculous. 1 Quote

I motion that for 2025 season, Kincaid is officially unofficially referred to as 'Tiny' Kincaid. * Beats the season we all referred to Kroft as 'Pufnstuf'. 🤨 1 Quote

I think those posters were expecting wider and cushioned seats, like some of the new stadiums have in the lower level. Sofi and Vikings and Falcons for example: The upper level (cheap) seats in these other stadiums have the same seats as we are installing in our lower level (expensive) seats in our new stadium. 1 2 Quote
eball Posted 13 hours ago Posted 13 hours ago @Einstein yes, why don’t we compare seating in a domed stadium vs. an outdoor one…is that your argument? Somebody correct me if I’m wrong, but I don’t think anybody puts cushioned seats in an outdoor venue unless they are protected from the elements. The seats installed in that video are exposed seats. I’m sure the covered, premium seating will be a bit different in the new building. 1 2 Quote

DaVinci Posted 12 hours ago Posted 12 hours ago I think we should measure the same seat in the current stadium and compare. Quote
