so it looks like the remaining Chiefs presale tickets on TM have had their price adjusted.  Yesterday and I think even this morning they were STH preferred prices like $250 or $275 for lower bowl sections 117 for example.  Now section 117 is $615.  The highest value club ticket in section CLUB 110 was $750 now the same seat is $1,500.  This is probably a switch to what prices will be if/when general public seats will be made available.  A real bummer for us non-STH fans traveling to ATL!

I honestly think they'll wait until Monday and see what happens this weekend.

How did you see the pricing?  I was curious if it was the same pricing for both season seat fan groups in the presale or if maybe the bills and chiefs set pricing for their fans independently.

I ended up buying upper bowl.  At Highmark I’m row 16 on the 40 behind the bills bench, but here it was over double the price (was $300 per seat in Buffalo).

I saw the price by putting my cursor over a section.  most times the cheapest price of that section comes up.  This is on desktop not mobile.  And make sure you have the re-sale tickets disabled so it only shows the pre-sale face value stuff

Base pricing is still the same. Tickets are still in the $220 range. It is Secondary tickets that are marked up to $615, $800, $1500, etc. But if you have a code, you can still get them in 117 at $220.

Still thousands of unsold tickets on the Chiefs side, no blue seats (available seats) on Bills side, lots of upper deck on the Chiefs side.  Guess they are banking on the game not happening... or maybe making the Conference championship so many times recently has reduced their interest in attending?

Feels like Bills fan are confident we make it, and Chiefs fans don't think we beat Cinci

Never had a problem with SH I could not get resolved.

An issue in preseason and using SH I was told to go to ticket counter and had real tickets from them in minutes.

I buy almost all of the away tickets though SH and many concerts etc. I'm quite good at it and knowing when to buy. The tickets for this game will be sub $200 by kickoff if you hang on and don't mind waiting.

Are you going?

Before stubhub eBay was the main marketplace for resale tickets.  I bought and sold occasionally that way.  Then with stubhub etc, ebay is pretty much a non factor.

The best thing about ebay was that it gave you a sense of where tickets were actually selling and not just being listed so you knew what to ask and what to pay for seats.

One other nice thing was that you didn't have to worry about scammers (i.e. Craigslist) and there are not the ridiculous fees that Stubhub and Ticketmaster charge (approx 10% to seller and 20% to buyer)

FYI = it looks like ticketmaster is really ramping up the fees for the game in Atlanta - 15% to seller and 20% to buyer

So, is it better to buy tickets now before the game through the secondary market or to wait? Tickets in the upper row right now start in the 450s. Is it a safe bet that the prices will go up when the game is definitely going to happen or is it better to take the risk when it’s contingent? I really have no idea.

No one has any idea at this point what the ticket market will do. Whether a ton of people will want to come and prices go up, or a lot of folks who got tickets see how expensive flights from Buffalo have gotten and put theirs up for sale.

It's *usually* safe to wait. This is a unique situation tho.

yea, I don’t think either fan base has the presence to support $2,000 tickets plus travel and lodging before the Super Bowl.

That said, who the hell knows.
