Bills fans everywhere in NYC.

I can’t wear a Bills shirt anywhere in Greenville, South Carolina or the Atlanta metro area without getting multiple “Go Bills”.

Same goes for people I know in Raleigh/Charlotte.. and down into South Florida.

I still remember how many Bills fans showed up to the joint practice with the Panthers a few years ago.  It literally made the local news.

It's pretty exciting to see the sheer volume of Bills fans throughout the country and the world. Even here in Ram/ Raider/ Charger LA you see Bills gear around like never before.

It's because we are currently a GOOD team, on TV all the time, and we are also a fun team to watch, at least when we are firing on all cylinders.

A franchise (in any sport) picks up a LOT of casual fans under these circumstances.

There are Bills fans here at this forum right now b/c of what we did in the early '90s...another great, fast playing, fun team to watch.

If we could truly build a franchise that stays at this level forever (hit another bullseye at QB when Josh retires), half the damned country would probably be wearing Bills stuff.

It also helps that we are effectively "Everywhere, USA" and have an attractive underdog story built into the whole thing.

It's easy to see why random fans would pick the Bills as "their" team.

Rocking my Firebaugh hoodie in NYC for Phish and get so many “Go Bills!” I love this fan base. And I’m seeing swag all over Midtown. LFG BFLO

I got moved pretty close to the front for the NYE ball drop some years ago because of my hat, but I had to pee and leave the pen so we left. If I had to guess 60% of NYPD are Bills fans. I've learned more about the city from an officer seeing my hat and the conversations after than anywhere else.

Theres something to this, but we’ve been taking over stadiums going back to before we became good.

Miami is a given, but we took over Atlanta years ago, had a ton of fans in Rock Hill a few summers back and typically show well in NYC/NJ.   Those places are usually due more to local presence over fans traveling from Buffalo.

Bills Mafia has to be the most iconic fanbase in the NFL at this point though. It’s synonymous with the team.

In the pen but left to pee before the ball dropped?

How wide rightish is that?

I wasn't about to pee on the people in front of me or hold it for 6 more hours. Had a much better time at a bar a couple blocks over. Didn't care about the ball.

Know about peeing and being in NYC crowds for public events.

Packed in on East River edge for July 4th fireworks few yrs. back.

There is no way out until it ends and the throngs behind me had left.

Yes. Up here lots of kids wearing bills gear. The 90’s team had that same effect

It also helps that our players when they show up in news it's some kind of positive story and usually involves some type of charity or positive interactions not some kinda of negative stuff.

If you recall, back then at least "half the damned country" collectively groaned "christ, not again" when the Bills made it to their 4th SB.....so, maybe not.
