And as a third grader, clearly unaware of the energy crisis, the misery index, the Iranian hostage crisis or operation eagle claw.

Some great times.

Yeah, most children thought Jimmy was great.  I mean, what kid doesn't love peanuts?  The adults...not so much.

Carter was the first POTUS I voted against. Ford was better. I was in college during Carter. Losing a job. inflation, oil crisis. Fun times.  Just like today, except I am retired.

Say what you want about the guy. But at the end of the day, he’s a sitting U.S. Congressman.

Never apologize, never back down, don’t budge an inch. When leftists demand you move, say “make me.”

Cool.  This is the perfect recipe for continuing to elect scum like this.  Owning the libs now means owning yourselves.   Though honestly,  is he worse than Mtg or Boebert?  I don't know.

Erm in order for the scum to be elected in the first place there needed to be a recipe:

lol guys this is how democracy works. It's how it's always worked. This an extreme case of a daily phenomenon. See also: 44, 45, 46, Harris, I could go on.

To run for high office in this country you need to be at the very least amoral. Clinically anti-social is better. Normal people don't want the publicity or minor celebrity that comes with it because normal people almost to a man have some kind of skeleton(s) in the closet.

This is what you get when you combine democracy in which suffrage is universal with the age of the internet.

No, he doesn't. The fact that you guys are coming around on this guy is just sad.

Keep telling yourself that.  And when you guys come around on Fetterman, then we can talk.

Oh, I'm shocked you're going to defend liars because they're conservatives.  At least you are consistent.   At the rate we're going 4 years from now a Santos type will be considered honest among your party.

I'm not shocked you turn a blind eye to the lies of Dems, especially Joke and, more germane to this topic, John Fetterman.  When you can be honest and admit they were elected on lies and, at least in Joke's case (because Fetterman is indisposed and can barely speak for himself now) continue to lie, then we can have an adult discussion.

Until then, spare me the indignation.

It's pity not indignation.

I clearly indicated politicians are liars.  It's not new.  99% of them.  What is new is lying every time you open your yap.  Although,  in Trumps case it's hard to discern delusion from lies.  And you'll blindly support his delusion because he's a conservative no matter what.  Pitiful really.  I don't like Joe.  If both he and Trump disappeared it'd be best.  On the other hand if Trump runs again I hope Joe curb stomps him a 2nd time.

The cult is not interested in governing - it’s all about owning the dems.

And they haven’t figured out that less and less people support the non stop politics and culture wars.

Remember that big ol’ red wave?

Yeah - me neither.

What new lies has Santos told?  Do you think Joke didn't lie to get elected?  That he isn't lying almost on a daily basis now?  Or do you not care because he's the leader of your party?

And save the pity for Fetterman.  Lies got him elected and getting elected drove him into depression, from which we were never told he suffered.

Is this really about Fetterman or the simple fact that Pennsylvanians didn’t want a carpet bagger representing them?

You do realize you look more and more like a complete A$$ using Fetterman as an example?

Trash

Obsessed much?

The guy is just a sociopath. He doesn't even take ordinary steps to hide his fraud.

Will the House expel him? They'd need a 2/3 vote, which means lots of Republicans would need to join in.

Will they? Of course not. I think Hochul would be able to appoint his interim successor, which would make a slim 4 vote Republican majority even slimmer.

The "Godly" Mike Johnson will protect his flock!

The congressman, the report alleges, spent hefty sums on personal enrichment, including visits to spas and casinos, shopping trips to high-end stores, and payments to a subscription site that contains adult content.
