Are you sure that’s true? I’m guessing that you voted for a number of people this past election cycle and I doubt you had any idea what school they did or didn’t graduate from, or used that as the basis for your vote. This is not say what he did wasn’t ridiculous, but once again, where was the media vetting BEFORE the election? If the allegation is he committed fraud, that should be investigated on its merits and handled accordingly. Following the arc of other scenarios where criminality is discussed, we would want to revisit the issue in 2-4 years. I don’t know anything about that, but I have listened to all sorts of tall tales behind told by politicians seeking office or seeking to hold office and there seems to be little appetite for criminal investigations. Truth be told, the only people who seem to care are the ones from the opposing party. Now, as I begin to consider what my team might look like as I begin my political career, I am going to reach out to @muppy to join my team in some high level role. I want to capture the female vote, and with some of the aesthetic challenges I face, I need a smart and principled individual to offset the homeliness, lies and half-truths I am sure to deliver.
