The bless to have Josh by our side in Bills uniform

Yes… the wonderful thing in having Josh Allen is that even when your team is so depleted by injuries and you start thinking negative or maybe accepting the fact that you can afford a loss just because all the players out, building an alibi for the loss… here is that you realize that Josh is the QB and then you stop thinking negative and building alibi.. but start to think that you can win every game also in negative moments and situation, injuries, weather, road and not home games, hostile environments, etc etc.

This is the bless to have Josh by our side.

Of course he can not win the games all alone, he needs the team with him, but having him at the helmet of our team you know that everything is possible and every game is winnable.

The bless to have Josh.

The roster is built deep.   There are enough weapons on the defensive side of the ball.  It is on the coaching staff to get Hamlin and Johnson ready for the game.   The stars like Von, Rosseau, Edmunds and Milano have to trust their rookies and backups to make plays and don't try to compensate for them.  ANytime they do that they are going to let the opponents make plays.  Go Bills !

Hey, our compadre is from Italy! It’s possible he doesn’t speak or write ‘perfect’ WNY-ese. It makes him/her no less a Bills fan and the point is spot on. Have you ever been worried with Josh on a 3rd & 7?  3rd & 17?? 3rd & 27???

3rd and 17 No sweat for #17

now, watching other games

I chuckle when the announcers mention

what play will get them out of 3rd and forever

(blanking on that correct phrase)

The thing I have with you is not your posts.

You start threads, and then don't follow up in them to have a good debate on opposing issues. It's ok to start threads, but make follow up posts in the threads you start.

This guy is the biggest Bills fan on this board. I love his posts.  Maybe his English isn't A1 but let's see you write posts in Italian and not sound like Chico Marx.

I'm not criticizing him on his English. I think it is very good. I am saying if you're going to start a thread, follow up in it.

I was thinking similarly.  If so, their mastery of English is much further along than my Italian.  My four years of high school Spanish taken over 40 years ago does not get me very far.  Now, if the OP is the product of a proud but inebriated Italian American Bills' Mafioso, then let the fun begin.

It helps to read this post in the voice of an Italian speaking English, throw in a few "ehhhhhhhhh..." as transitions and BOOM you'll get it! 🤣

BTW, I'm going to be in Italy for the Stillers and KC games - already talking with Paualo and the Bills Backers Italy! 🍻 🇮🇹

Hi Draco.

Of course i do agree with you and if you go back in many other threads i started, i always kept on debating.

But you have to understand that i’m from Italy and we have very different time so many times i’m just not in front of my keyboard replaying other posts. 😀

Oh well… you are too good on me Dan… but one thing is true: i’m a Bills diehard fan since 1989, like most of you ì passed through lot of very bad and humiliating seasons… my first time in the US was just to come and see “my beloved” Bills live in Orchard Park.. when in the park lot, i can remember like it was yesterday, i kneel down and i kissed the ground…

I came in the US many times just because i love your country… since i was a little boy… and yes, after many years i didn’t come there, the last time it was 2009, my english is worsened a bit… right now not a A1 of course… so please forgive this of me…

At the end i’m not the biggest Bills fan at all… but someone that love this colors  very deeply and that tomorrow will be here at 7pm my time routing again for our guys !

Always at home, strictly aline in my personal sport room, with wife and kids that know that for 3 hours their husband/Dad is not home 😄

Chandler - you're absolutely right, both about overseas fans and about his conclusion.   And it's not so much that we fans shouldn't worry, because the Bills have Josh.   The real point is the impact that Josh has on the team.

A football team is a gang of warriors who go out to do battle with enemy warriors.  The most important guy in the gang is the leader.  Does your gang have Mel Gibson in Braveheart or The Patriot?   The answer for the Bills is "yes, we do.  We have Josh."

Yes, you always want your 40 best warriors on the field, but 40 of your top 50 should be enough, if Josh is leading the gang.

Look at it this way.   If I could wave a magic wand and make everyone healthy, including Tre White, and put the best 21 on the field with Case Keenum at quarterback, would you take that team over what we actually have today?   I wouldn't.

You got my point. And i agree with you with your last choice.

Old Bills/Dolphins memories

That was always Marino though. After taking that first whack, his main concern would be getting rid of the football before getting whacked again. The color of the jersey catching it - if any - became less important.

I, for one, am happy to know that my team has a worldwide following. In my part of the world, there was a heavy influx of Swedes in the mid 19th century followed by Italians at the start of the 20th.  For generations these groups did not get along very well and were mutually hostile.  Within the last week, we have had a Swedish fan visit for the Titans game and now an Italian poster to TBD.  Ironic to me.  We have even seen support for the Bills within members of the Ukrainian armed forces. All this way too cool (American English slang meaning personally pleasing) regardless of some less refined grammar.

A proper, more modern American title for your thread would be "Josh Allen is a Cheat Code" and I agree with your premise 100%.
